Friendly staff who love what they do

I love everything about St Francis Animal Hospital. First of all, the reception staff is always precise, pleasant and precise. The facilities are immaculate. The techs are so good with my nervous dog that she is now quite calm during visits. And finally, Dr. Polhenke is such a fine caring and careful vet. I trust him completely with my dog. His love and compassion for animals is huge! I am so thankful to him for showing great kindness to my pet.

Love the new location , Dr Rufano was perfect . She explained everything in a very respectful way and made both my wife and I very glad we brought Lola in to see her.

Excellent Experience!!

Since we had a bad experience with our previous Vet, coming here was a welcome change. The Dr. was very attentive and thorough with his exam and explained things perfectly. I applaud your procedures of not having to wait in the waiting room with other pets and not waiting at a front desk for billing. I appreciate the kindness of all the staff.

The bill was higher than expected especially the fecal test. It seems like the bill increased over time. Why?

Everyone was wonderful/ love the new facility too.

Took our boy Spud for a visit due to him being in pain . Staff was great as always . Dr P is always the best and very knowledgeable. Spuds feeling much better and when he goes for visits he loves greeting everyone and doesn’t wanna leave . Thank you all

Great new place and staff

I started bringing my 2 dogs here after a recommendation and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone is so friendly, my dogs are not nervous and they don’t push anything. They give you options and let you decide what you feel is best to try first.

Everyone was so friendly and nice from the moment we arrived to when we left!

I wanted to go to a new vet with our new puppy because I wasn’t very happy with my previous one. I was extremely happy in every aspect. The staff was so friendly, which is truly an asset for any company. Theres nothing worse than going to a business where it seems like the staff is doing you a favor by helping you. The building had a beautiful renovation. I wish the best of your to your business and thank you again.

From beginning to end we were one hundred percent happy with the service we received-would highly recommend this hospital.

Love the new space! And as always my vet and techs were professional but most of all kind to my battalion.

My only complaint is the wait time- had 11:30 appointment but was not taken back until 12:10. New office is great!

The staff was friendly professional, helpful and caring! The office was organized and clean. Prices are very reasonable. I feel very comfortable bringing my cat here :)
