I arrived early but still had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Having said that, I m a big fan of PAH.

The facility is absolutely beautiful

I was really hesitant to change vets after recent staffing issues at our last vet’s office. However, I was very happy with our first visit at Pleasantville, and wish I would have made the switch sooner. All the staff members were very sweet and accommodating to my anxious dog.
