Super friendly. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure your pet gets attention it needs. We switched from different vet in yorktown hts and only wish we ve done it sooner.

Dr Sabatini and his entire staff are the absolute best, I highly recommend PAH to anyone!!!

Dr. Sabatini and staff were great. I was late to the appt., having trouble getting my cat in the carrier. They took her in right away to update her vaccines. They were calming and gentle with a very nervous cat! Our first visit, grateful we found you, and will highly recommend.

It seemed very evident that our that tech and the vet herself were uncomfortable with our cat, and only spent five minutes with us, and I left feeling disappointed that our cat didn’t really get a thorough evaluation because they were afraid of him. We’ve always had really great experiences with Dr. Sabatini so I will make sure to book with him going forward.

Finn was groomed by Ann Marie. She does a wonderful job. He looks so nice and his fur is so evenly cut. She is very nice to talk to as well

PAH is great. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

Very impressed with the way Dr.Sabatini handled our extremely frightened dog. The tech was also terrific.

Great Doctors and staff. Taught me how to take care of my Ferret and took the time to answered all my questions.

It was easy to get an appointment but might consider online appointments at some point.

I asked twice to have my pet’s nails clipped and they didn’t do it.

It was my first visit at the office. I was so pleased and happy with every part of the experience. From my first phone call to make the appointment to the actual visit, everything was really top notch. Thank you Dr. Sabatini and staff for wonderful care for my dog.

A lovely veterinarian hospital, we liked everything about it. We are using it for boarding of our diabetic dog, but will consider for other services.

Dr Sabatini and all the techs are always so great! I’ve been to a lot of vets and they are truly #1. I am so happy we live close by and that my 2 pups are in such great and caring hands. I appreciate the time Dr.Sabatini takes to explain things clearly and give advice. The techs are also always so sweet to gita and gerdi and extra patient with gerdi specifically since she is not normally a willing participant at the vet. Most other vets she has visited, I can barely get her in the door - and you guys have made so many accommodations for her anxiety when we visit, that it’s made a huge difference! I appreciate that effort so much. I will be a client of pleasantville animal hospital for life and want everyone to know (even the ladies at the front who also love on the girls when we come) that together with Dr.Sabatini, they truly make this vet clinic the best!

The visit was just for a shot and nail trim. It was quick and everyone was friendly.

Never received the emailed invoice for the appt. Since I have three dogs, it’s hectic at the end because it takes them some time to generate the bill. So I asked them to handle the bill once I left and the email me a copy, but I never received a copy of the vet appt.
