Mr. Franklin was seen by Anne Marie for grooming. She set a special time in respect for his health issues and also respected and appreciated his personality!

i could have used more information from the dr - such as care instructions, expected time for healing and such. I spoke to Dr. Sabitini this past Friday and got that information and it was very useful but it would have been more useful if i had received that information in the first instance.

This was my first visit as a new kitten owner (though I had been to your old facility many, many years ago). Your staff is very friendly and helpful - all with smiles and very pleased to help and answer every question. Thank you!
