The staff and Dr. Deborah Link are wounderfull. I love how Dr. Deborah Link took the time to take care of smooky who is very antious cat. She loved the treats and and did not go after any one.Thanks for going out of your way for my cats. Keep up the great job.

My dog is anxious and the vet took excellent care and we were able to assuage the anxiety and get the visit done. The kindness, care and compassion were wonderful

I am very happy with all the care I have received at CAH My only reason for 2 stars for first question is how long the wait was to schedule a dental when my pet had a cracked tooth and abscess. I understand that Covid has made a big impact on this service.

Dr. Levitt was excellent

Excellent job by everyone! I called early morning for help with an injury to my pet, and was able to see a vet almost immediately. I was relieved to be able to take care of my dog so quickly. The vet was friendly, skilled, and gentle with my dog. She answered all my questions and sent us on our way. Well done!

I really appreciate the Sunday hours. Overall the visit and care were top notch. I let the staff know that My dog Maggie is really skittish and reactive, they did a great job getting us in and out without any drama.

The appointments were booked weeks out but that is understandable given the great efforts that were taken to reduce foot traffic and keep staff and patients safe. What was supposed to be a routine visit ended with scheduling surgery to remove a tumor. Dr. Hahne was excellent with me and my dog. All of the staff was so courteous and kind. I was running late due to traffic and they were running late due to a few emergencies, so while I left much later than anticipated, it was because I got excellent care and others did as well. That did not bother me at all. I am very grateful to the CAH staff.

The staff did an amazing job fitting my dog in on the day I called! Getting through on the phone line was a bit difficult, but they are fantastic!With two dogs, I have been going in quite a bit lately, and everyone is always so kind and helpful.

Dr. Ali was amazing! She was so patient with our timid pup and conducted a very thorough exam. Would 100% have our dog seen by her again.

I prefer the new way of calling/texting before coming in. It avoids being in the waiting area with a mix of animals and people. Too much commotion. I find the new check- in process less anxiety provoking for my cats. I hope you stay with this regardless of Covid status. Thank you for all you do for my pets!

My husband had to wait outside for 30 mins while other patients walked right in. Was told that people don t adhere to that policy. We were told that nail cutting was under $100, total, with anesthesia. Our invoice reflected charges for anesthesia, both to put her under and to wake her up. No charge for the nail clipping. Strange billing procedure. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Dr. Levitt was very knowledgeable and kind. He took a long time with us and our bunny. He answered all our questions and was extremely attentive to our bunny.

Hi, this is the second time we tried to get an appointment and were pushed a month out. For this specific appointment, my dog was having an issue with his anal glands and we were told we couldn t be seen until the end of May. I gave it a few days, and he seemed to be getting worse, so we called to get him in, which thankfully we were able to that day because they were swollen and infected and he needed to start antibiotics. Had we waited a month, I m not sure what would have happened. I understand everyone is busy, but in a situation like this, I would hope accommodations could have been made. Lastly, this is the second time I have spoken to Janice on the phone and she has been extremely rude to me both times. Having just moved into the area a year ago and leaving our old vet after 12 years, we were hoping to find a welcoming hospital and have not felt that. This is no reflection on the Doctors who have been wonderful.
