Wonderful staff and doctor s make for an easy and great visit!

Everything was very good from the wait time to the appointment. Did a wonderful job with my anxiety/over excited dog.

The doctor and other staff were wonderful treating my senior dog

Car side service should be stopped at this time Should be able to be in waiting room with mask Waiting in the car for a call back is very annoying and not necessary now

Dr morlock has always taken time to explain everything concerning our young Malsi. She is an excellent vet as well as person.

The doctor we saw today was so kind and patient with our dog and very helpful at explaining things to me. So our physical visit was great because of her. However I am so disappointed in the service we received on Saturday. We were told our dog should be seen that day, don’t wait overnight. So we called every animal hospital within 90 mins from us and no one had availability or were closed. Even then no one at CAH could see us. We were essentially given the advice that a patient needs to be seen, but not by them. Just disheartening and makes you feel like the doctors don’t care about their patients. If not for the doctor we saw today, I’d consider switching practices.

I would have preferred to go in - didn t know if that was an option. Now I need to go back with my cat to see if her high blood pressure would be reduced with less stress (i.e. having me there).
