To the staff who have to come in and out of the cold to pick up and deliver pets, you guys are such sweethearts. Watching how you hold onto a cat carrier as precious cargo is reassuring. Thank you for that!!

Jordan was great! My cat becomes very anxious when we try to groom him, but Jordan has continually done a great job and my cat seems as relaxed as possible when I pick him up!

My visit to Community Animal Spa was for grooming. Anna is fantastic and every concerned request I have is well done. I’ve been coming here for 6 years.

Considering all that is going on right now,I applaud CAH for keeping all our pets safe and healthy with consistent and professional care. Well done guys!!

It was our first time there. The hospital was represented by caring individuals who took the time to explain the process. I was a bit worried about my dog being nervous with out me there; he came back in good spirits. An overall good first experience.

Everything was good based on COVID restrictions so it is hard to answer questions as there was no real interactions it was good as always based on above Jay Doyle

Everyone we spoke with was great, and Gianna was very friendly too. Dr. Levitt was incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful as I am a first-time dog owner. An outstanding first experience with CAH all-around. Thank you!

The appointment went as smoothly as it could during the pandemic. Had to wait a few minutes past the appt time but not too long. Did try to call first but got the out of office hours message. Then texted & got a quick reply. Maybe because it was an early appt?? The staff here is always very nice!

If you are looking for beneficial data for the inn/spa, you may want to consider changing the questions. Only 2 of them are relevant. Or have an N/A option for the non-relevant ones. Otherwise yoy get 1 star for the non-relevant ones..which negatively affect the overall average.

Not the most ideal way to deal with problems but considering the conditions we are living in it is a decent alternative

I left for about 7 years went somewhere else was never happy with there services very rude from day one. Got a new kitten and the first appointment was not for six weeks not acceptable in opinion so I called you to see if I could get a quicker appointment and you gave me two weeks and had to come in sooner and wow my kitten was seen that day I called about my sick kitten.

We love your office and your vets - extremely informative and we can tell your team is awesome everytime, and also during this crazy covid mess. On question 2, we dialed in and no answer but your parking lot aid came out and checked us in. He explained what was going on with calls, we get it! On question 6,not with the aid but rather what was going on while we waited for the call from the vet attending. It took several minutes before the vet called after she was brought in. We did worry a little bit about if she was placed in the room alone . I d encourage your team to let folks know if the pet is alone in a room or not. I m guessing she was never alone. Sitting outside, we figured it was covered but definitely we asked ourselves is she alone in there ?. We appreciate your team and our vet. That s it, might help with other anxious owners sitting outside once the pet is picked up.

This was my first visit to CAH. Dr. Nemeth was recommended to me by my sister who works at Tufts. I am so thankful and grateful because I love Dr. Nemeth already and I can tell that she is extremely bright and knowledgeable and truly has compassion for animals. My previous vet was very cold and seemed to be in it for something other than a love for animals. Dr. Nemeth is the exact opposite. Her passion shines through so thank you so much. I feel my old man is in such great hands now.

Being my first visit with CAH I was beyond impressed with the ease of checking in (with COVID procedures) but most notably the amount of time Dr. Morlock spent on the phone with me while she was seeing my dog Tilly. She was so patient and thorough and I appreciate that so much. The staff was also super friendly. Thank you!!
