All went well, especially since we were not allowed in with our cat. I felt like the vet took plenty of time to explain and reexplain all our questions and concerns.

If I could rate everything a 10--instead of a 5 out of 5--I would! Everything was excellent. Thank you; I wish all the staff stays safe.

We showed up about 10 minutes prior to the appointment and ended up waiting about 40 minutes before our pet was brought into the clinic. It was fine and the service was great, but it would have been nice to get a text or phone call warning us that there would be an extended.

The email issue needs to be resolved. I do receive the spas emails but cannot reply back since it would bounce back to me.

All good. The car side service worked nicely.

Our first visit was great! Even though times are diffferent than before, the experience was great from the car pickup and dropoff to the phone call with the vet. Everyone was super friendly and I m glad I found a great place to take my kitties!

I needed an emergency appointment for my dog and was seen the same day. The support staff were excellent- very professional. Dr. Cohen was outstanding. She identified several issues with my dog, took the time to explain everything in detail and patiently answered all my questions.This place is truly top notch!
