This was my first time at CAH. I thought all of the staff was great! Dr Morlock took her time with me on the phone and explained things in great detail. I really enjoyed talking to her and she made me feel like she will be by my side as we navigate my dogs allergies. We are glad we found you all!

Car side service was very convenient and I think my pup Bella enjoyed it better than having to go inside. Thank you!

I m so happy with CAH. It s frustrating to not have face-to-face interaction but I m pleased with your COVID precautions. I know my dog is well cared for when I m not with her. Dr. Morlock always spends time, even on the phone, and I never feel rushed.

My husband and I were very impressed. We tried a vet in Paxton and were disappointed in the care and service, after visiting you we knew you were the vet for our new puppy! Excellent service, attention to detail, knowledgeable, and very kind! We especially appreciate how accommodating you were to answer all my new puppy mom questions!

I know how busy your clinic and many others are, we were super appreciative of the ability to get an appointment within a week as we never seem to be able to time when our dog s cytopoint wears off, sometimes we can go 5-6 months depending on the season while others just 2-3 months. It s great knowing that we only have to control her itchiness for a few days instead of much longer, the care and quickness is much appreciated so that our dog can be comfortable sooner.

Great experience. My dog smelled so good when I picked up. The staff were very friendly and attentive to my dog and cat. I definitely highly recommend.

John is wonderful with our Jamie. He know our dogs so well. Justina was fabulous on the phone. We always experience exceptional service at CAH.

I cannot believe that it takes 12 hours to get my 32lb dog back from sedated xrays and blood work. I wonder if I had called sooner if he would have been out. 12 hours is a long time for a dog to be cooped up. Judging by the gallon of water he drank when he got home I doubt he was offered anything to drink all day.

They are a great organization and have done a fantastic job dealing with this pandemic

CAH fit in my elderly dog in at last minute so that my dog could get some relief as soon as possible. My dog is also very anxious at visits and the Dr. Cohen and staff had her in and out as soon as possible. Very grateful.

We get wonderful treatment by everyone there. Highly recommend.

I just feel the cost has gone through the roof and when your on a fixed income, it makes it so you cannot afford to own dog and that breaks my heat. I love my dog very much and have to give up something else like my medicine, to take my dog to the vet. I know that is not your problem., But you did ask my comment. To have to pay over $500.00 for visit is crazy.

For these strange times, our visit was seamless. I was very pleased with the care we got!!
