I adopted two kittens in August. I tried to make an appointment for an initial visit, and check to make sure they are up to date on shots AND get chipped. (I have the microchip info, and it needs to be done at our vet office) My appointment was canceled. Doctor is sick. That is understandable, and I appreciate she takes her time to get better. HOWEVER, my next appointment is not until 10/17! So that s almost 2 months from the time I called for an appt. As a long time client and this being our 5, 6 cat with you, I think we might need to think about this, because the wait time is unacceptable. AND you want me to pay upfront, which is fine, but it is ridiculous because I am not sure if you will cancel again? And finally... I had NO appointment today. it was canceled and I get a survey. Sorry, but this is really frustrating.

I always feel confident my pets are well taken care of!

I liked that you now try to make it more comfortable for my pet by using a Feliway towel and did the blood pressure and blood draw in the room with me. When I Looked over the charges for the visit, I was charged $60.00 for a 15 ml bottle of Tresaderm. The bottle I received is only 7.5 ml. I will call the office tomorrow to ask for a credit.

I am not happy that the tech used my dogs blood sample as a bordella shot up her nose and then said oh there is enough blood for a sample. This is unacceptable. I should not had to pay for their mess up. The right vaccine should have been administered.

I love that the CAH staff love my kitties nearly as much as I do.

We had no issues. We really appreciate that Chelsea came and helped. Everyone was excellent. This was our first trip back in several years and everyone treated us great.

CAH (and Dr. Cohen in particular) is so amazing! Two complex and dog-reactive dogs in a row and you ve still taken such great care of us. We love you!
