Our cat needed to be seen today for stitches and they got us right in, informed us on her progress and how everything was going, and had a treatment plan. We really are beyond appreciative for the vet and tech staff who were able to help her.

The staff at CAH are always amazing, especially when you have a pet that doesn’t like going to the vet!!

All was great except for a 20-minute wait time to be seen.

I really enjoy my visits at CAH. Everyone always is very pleasant, calm (I have a very scared cat) and spend ample time with me to talk me through my options. I really value the service I receive each time I’m in.

A Five Star experience from checking in and checking out. The staff were very receptive and professional. Dr. Harness was great and very informative. I spent a considerable amount of time asking her multiple questions and never felt rushed. A great facility for those that love their four legged friends.

Just perhaps make A short checklist of the items I need attended to during the visit. This is because the soft paws were forgotten. I forgot them as well because of the stuff that was gone over.

I am extremely disappointed in my entire experience with my last appointment. I tried to book online when I got an email reminder, but it didn t work. Tried to call and then had to be pushed out months. Never received a confirmation, then got a call to my husband weeks later to ask about the scheduling the appointment I thought was already confirmed! Then the week of the appointment (which I was told was at 9:30am) was confirmed via email to be at 7:30am. The day before the appointment I received an email reminder that I needed to book an appointment (that was already booked awhile ago). What is going on with your system? Fix it!! It is an absolute mess! The day of the appointment I arrived right at 7:30am (a very difficult time for me due to work schedule, why I went with 9:30am to begin with) and wasn t seen until 7:50am! Someone that entered the building after me was seen before me. I was unable to fill out paperwork for dropoff while waiting! Two receptionists just sitting there doing nothing while I waited for 20 mins. Unacceptable! Good thing I am moving away otherwise I would definitely be looking for a different vet in the area. Actual animal care is great so a real shame to have all the other mess completely ruin it!

Hoping we can go into the lobby soon instead of calling when we get there. Otherwise, loved the visit.

I m so glad I got a referral to Community Animal Hospital. Dr. Link and Shannon were fantastic. They answered all my questions and did a thorough exam of my dog. The office does a great job of answering emails promptly. Overall a great first visit experience.

Dr. Cohen is always very patient and caring she makes me feel like my pet is very special.

It was nice coming in on a Sunday, and everyone was very nice to me. I am trying the frozen green beans to get sparkle to lose weight, she seems to like it thus far. I have to wait till awhile on her teeth, it is expensive to surgery at this time. It is not easy living on fixed budget. tell all staff thank you! Sparkle thanks too!

I have nothing negative to say about Community Animal Hospital, all my experiences have been with professional kind staff who really care for our fur babies and parents.

Dr. Hahne was excellent and friendly, as were all the technicians.

Community is a fantastic hospital and I can t say enough positive feelings for Dr. Morlock. She takes all the time needed to diagnose and explain fully what is going on

My only issue is how long it takes to get an appointment. I did not use the car side service, so response really should be N/A.

I have been going to CAH for years and they ve always been kind and understanding. They make my dogs feel as comfortable as possible and never push my animals or me. They re a great vet!

I feel like I am never 100% clear on the protocols for arrival. Do we call and wait in the car? Do we come right in? etc. I try to follow the information posted in the parking lot or in my appt confirmation email, but then there s no answer at the front desk for 20 minutes or the reception staff seem confused that I m waiting in the car. I ll see every other customer come right in upon arrival, but when I do the reception staff seems put off that I didn t check in on the phone. I love CAHVET want to follow the directions, they just don t always seem consistent!

Vets are good. But very Expensive. $47 for a blood pressure test? There s more but all in, not a good look.

Love Dr Morlock she’s the best

It was a wonderful visit and we felt very secure having my cat treated by the veterinarian. We have now seen two veterinarians at this practice and feel that they are the best.
