Scheduling is difficult. I cant request an appointment online and have to call. 9 times out of 10 my call goes unanswered and I have to leave a voicemail. Then I don’t get a call back until the next day at the earliest. This is a problem for when minor ailments pop up that aren’t at the level to going to the more expensive emergency vet. Yet I don’t want my dog to be left untreated for days.

I love Eastside Vet. They all me by name and I know them by name they are terrific!! Dr. Washington is the BEST VET!!

I said I wanted a second opinion. I wanted X-rays . The first appointment the Receptionist questioned me on how I knew my dog was in pain . My dog is 13 years old and I came for a second opinion. ( I Wanted to look at new ex rays ) . I haven’t had any done in over 6 years . I brought all of my dogs records. The Dr never discussed with me . His receptionist took this year shot and act like because she still had heart worm meds it was an issue. I made an app for over a month and the Dr was too busy to talk to me in person about my animal . I was told he would call me . He did at 8:00 am , I missed that call ., and at 10pm . I was sleep. He told me what I knew . I wanted to discuss med options we already had a few that I didn’t Agee with . It had her too dopey . Gallopin we had in pill form . And is not good long term everyday. I wanted him to also go over the extays with me . I wanted to see them . I’ve heard good things about the Dr but I’m on the fence. I shouldn’t need another app . I should have gotten my explanation the day I brought my dog in .

My puppy was groomed at this location and was cut by the groomer. No one notified me of my puppies injuries, I never even received notification that my puppy was ready! I’ll have to take my puppy back to have his staples removed, which gives me another bill smh I’ve had decent experiences before, my last experience was very concerning.

My first visit I wasn’t aware of having to pay 3% when using a debit card. The second time I went I forgot to get cash. I think this is really ridiculous. Also the grooming person did not take my direction and I had to bring my dog back because she cut his nails too close and he was bleeding when I got him home. My money was refunded but I won’t return.

Just the waiting outside was unorganized. It didn t go by who had appts.first. I understand Covid but need more staff, seemed short staffed inside too.

Wish your facility was closer to us!I would use your clinic for everything but it s a 2 hr one way drive. I have been recommending everyone to East Cols. Vet; ESP for Dobermans!! Staff is friendly and Dr Washington takes time to explain and be sure you understand. Again,wish you were closer!

Doc is not very talkative but he gets to business with the exam and didn’t make me feel rushed. I learned my dog has cancer and he gave me the honest truth about my options. I appreciate that he answered all my questions.

I was going on vacation and they were able to accommodate my dog at a last minute request. The facility was clean and the staff was great. My pup was treated very well.

DR. Harris was wonderful with my dog, Mouse. She was very thorough and really cared.

I came all the way from Polaris because Dr Washington was my Vet of choice when I lived here 18 long years ago. I was soooooo satisfied with care my animals received I wanted to come back. I arrive to find out the appointment I was was told I had .... I didn’t have. But I could go to another clinic over further into town. The young lady couldn’t have been nicer. That wasn’t the problem. The problem was I came all the way into town to see De Washington to find out I didn’t “know” ??? what the heck was happening. I don’t know if it was a scheduling issue or what. But I wasn’t happy. It’s long drive from Polaris up north. But I have confidence in Him and I want him to treat my pets. I hope things will be better when I return next week. I really do. Thanks.

I look forward to bringing my Pets to EVH. In the past three years, I have only experienced one not so nice Vet visit.

I am not really happy with the groomer. She always leaves long hairs on my dogs mouth or patches of uneven hair on his back. This time he had a big pile of hair standing up on top of his head. I tried to trim his hair down after each visit. I am not a pet groomer. I jut want my dog to look handsome. Your groomer cleans him well . She leaves too much uneven hair

Scheduling and confirming with staff over the phone was a bit frustrating. I got different pieces of information from different people and no one knew exactly why I was coming in. If that could be notated completely to avoid confusion, that would be great.
