Just the waiting outside was unorganized. It didn t go by who had appts.first. I understand Covid but need more staff, seemed short staffed inside too.

Wish your facility was closer to us!I would use your clinic for everything but it s a 2 hr one way drive. I have been recommending everyone to East Cols. Vet; ESP for Dobermans!! Staff is friendly and Dr Washington takes time to explain and be sure you understand. Again,wish you were closer!

Doc is not very talkative but he gets to business with the exam and didn’t make me feel rushed. I learned my dog has cancer and he gave me the honest truth about my options. I appreciate that he answered all my questions.

I was going on vacation and they were able to accommodate my dog at a last minute request. The facility was clean and the staff was great. My pup was treated very well.

DR. Harris was wonderful with my dog, Mouse. She was very thorough and really cared.

The staff here is excellent and friendly when addressing you and your dog. I have recommended over 6 different people to this vet.

I came all the way from Polaris because Dr Washington was my Vet of choice when I lived here 18 long years ago. I was soooooo satisfied with care my animals received I wanted to come back. I arrive to find out the appointment I was was told I had .... I didn’t have. But I could go to another clinic over further into town. The young lady couldn’t have been nicer. That wasn’t the problem. The problem was I came all the way into town to see De Washington to find out I didn’t “know” ??? what the heck was happening. I don’t know if it was a scheduling issue or what. But I wasn’t happy. It’s long drive from Polaris up north. But I have confidence in Him and I want him to treat my pets. I hope things will be better when I return next week. I really do. Thanks.

I look forward to bringing my Pets to EVH. In the past three years, I have only experienced one not so nice Vet visit.

I am not really happy with the groomer. She always leaves long hairs on my dogs mouth or patches of uneven hair on his back. This time he had a big pile of hair standing up on top of his head. I tried to trim his hair down after each visit. I am not a pet groomer. I jut want my dog to look handsome. Your groomer cleans him well . She leaves too much uneven hair

Scheduling and confirming with staff over the phone was a bit frustrating. I got different pieces of information from different people and no one knew exactly why I was coming in. If that could be notated completely to avoid confusion, that would be great.

I booked a bath and i wasn t told she needed shots in order to have the bath. I didn t do drop off or pickup so i was surprised with the price because I thought i was just doing a bath and flea collar

I would like to suggest that whoever splits pills for dosages find a better way. When I got home and opened meds to give my pet there were pieces and crumbles makes it hard to give same does each time

Quit with the manditory mask requirement. I was surprised to see how strick your office was with this unconstitutional, rights violation. Especially given that Mr Washington is a 26 year military veteran who has fought for our freedoms.

It was fast and easy. My dog didn’t like it ??

I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone. Scheduling was easy prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly.
