Dr.Washington , Has always responded to our urgent calls regarding our little furry girl Gracie . He s always worked her in when needed . He addressed all of our concerns and gives Gracie excellent care each visit. Amanda his assistant is very attentive to Gracie at our visits , and good with calming her anxiety she sometimes . We had ‘cloud ‘I. For a grooming, a lion cut, Hunter cut , as she has had before. That is not what she got. She got a total pixie clip as though it was guard #2 or 3. She no longer has a mane or tufted legs. Kind of disappointing but I too did not state specifically - I Assumed it would be done as it has been - she is still a cutie but more so with the lion cut
