I waited over 30 minutes in the exam room before being seen by the veterinarian. I do not think this is acceptable for a scheduled appointment. I do not have any complaints once the veterinarian was available and I did not feel like I was rushed once it was started. I also was told I would receive some sort of notification (phone call/text/e-mail?) of the results of the flea/tick screen and stool sample but did not receive any update.

My only complaint was it took over 5min to get my receipt after paying

Olivia and Dr. Tom were amazing. It was like I was talking to my friends. They made sure all of my concerns or questions were answered. I’m so happy with my decision to bring Calix here!

Dr Tom was great with my little dude and had him running around and playing in the exam room to help reduce his nerves. Never have I had a cat who was so chill on the ride back from the vet. I would highly recommend Dr Tom to anyone with cats.

Dr Nick is a GREAT VET, Animal caregiver and Good Guy! Highly recommend him and have to your Family, Friends and new neighbors! Thank YOU!!!!!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr Hamm is the best vet my pet has ever visited-- she was very patient and kind with our sick kitty.
