It s so convenient being able to pay in the exam room instead of at the front desk; it reduces distraction, makes it efficient, etc. The ONLY other thing I ve thought about is whether it would work to allow the dogs come into the exam room right before the doctor does. Our dog gets super anxious, and being able to let him wait outside until the doctor is ready would help that. I am NOT complaining about wait time by any means! I m just wondering if that could ever be considered. THANK YOU for all you do! Your staff is ALWAYS fantastic!

Dr. Morgan and her staff are an extremely caring and professional group. I feel good when I can see that they really care about animals. The same goes for the group in the hydro therapy area. Energetic, caring and special group.

You have to improve your follow up. Twice it was non existent.

My experience at Pewaukee Veterinary was unbelievable - the doctor was fantastic and all of the staff really went above and beyond to make my pet feel comfortable. I have already highly recommended this clinic to several people already.

Usually we do payment in the exam room. I found out this is a good process. I was sent to the lobby to pay. While doing so, Bella pulled to greet another dog. She hurt her bad leg. It appears to be fine. But I see that paying in the exam room is safer.

Observer in room wasn t introduced or why there. Also, little upset that I had to pay for 2 annual exams for a 5 month old puppy when he was seen for an annual 6/13/18 and he was only there to finish his booster shots!

I would like to be able to leave a message for Dr. Flowers to keep her up to date on Paw s progress and changeovers with his diet.

We had been going to a different vet for ten years. We moved away and was referred to you by my parents. We can’t beiieve what an amazing doctor and experience we had with Dr. Nick and all his staff! We scheduled our dog for surgery and everything went great there too. Dr. Nick is someone we will tell everyone we know about! He made us feel so welcomed and put in so much time explaining everything! We wish all dogs and pets could have you all in their life because it was such a vast difference! I love everything about Pewaukee Veterinary services! Can not say enough about there service, kindness and knowledge. Would not ever go any where else. They have the best Vets, Vet techs, and staff from any clinic in the State.

We are new to the state and have taken all of our pets there now. The two times I’ve been there, I’ve got my pet or pets, along with my two young kids. It is such a kid friendly place from the toys in the waiting room, to the bags of treats in the patient room. It makes the trip less stressful and they enjoy going! We’ve seen Dr. Lisa both times and she has been great! The assistants as well. And lastly, paying inside the patient room rather than the front desk is so helpful to the mom, her two kids and her pets ;). Thanks for everything!

Dr. Tom and his techs are always empathetic and thorough. They treat my cat like their own, and that is priceless to me.
