Dr. Kelly and tech were great, as always. When I called for the appointment, I was transferred to scheduling, where I was on hold for almost 7 minutes waiting for someone. Not a big deal, but I did want to explain why I answered question 3 with a No.

The staff is always friendly and you can tell they love what they do.

We are actually from the Madison area and came across the Pewaukee Vet Clinic when we needed an urgent care visit for our pup. We have been so happy with the care that Dr. Lisa and the staff have given our pup and hope to be able to continue bringing him there for future check-ups. Overall, we ve been very happy with the service, ease of the website / booking appointments, the hours (thank you for being open evenings & weekends), and the friendliness of the staff!

Dr. Tom did a great job. Very caring, thorough and worked well with tech. Explained in understanding words and followed up the next day promptly with test results. Normally we see Dr. Carolyn but was not available. Thank you ??

Dr. Flowers was great! Tally is pretty shy, so Dr. Flowers sat on the ground with her until she warmed up. We ll definitely request to see her again!

Dr Nick was fantastic. I love the staff at Pewaukee Vet. Everyone is so kind and they clearly love animals.

Dr Baker was wonderful and followed up the next morning very early with the results of Cooper s stool sample. He answered my questions very well. Thanks again! Cooper is on the mend and back to his normal 15+ years self. What a joy :-)

I access your website from a tablet, and cannot see all of my pet’s medications, and cannot renew from the website.

I would like to see more options for reasons to make an appointment. For example. My dog needed to recheck her CBC and have a follow up exam. I had to pick health certificate because there was nothing close to thar

Dr. Baker is fantastic. He and the techs are so great to Drax, and they always answer all of my questions. Poor doggy has had quite a few small issues, and the staff at PVS has helped Drax get back to himself every time!

It would have been better if the male vet who is not afraid of cats had helped us. Our cat cannot be anesthetized and so we need someone who can pull the plaque off of her teeth.

Great experience as always! Switched to Pewaukee Vet even though it was further from my house because our old vet wasn’t very kind. Love everything about it and we continue to make the drive even though we’ve moved even further away. Everyone treats my dog with care and doesn’t make me feel awful about the fact that she is a bit hyper.

Dr Tom was excellent.

Picked my dogs up from boarding and one of my dogs medication was not in his bag so he had to go the weekend without his allergy medication.

I think it’s important to charge for the service but not for all the items that I could’ve purchased at a much lower price at Walgreens. Can you go to provider they know I’m a give you items and don’t charge a fee once I was able to examine my bill I realize I was charge things that I could’ve bought cheaper. I’m not very satisfied with that.

We have been coming to PVS for many years and have had our cats and us treated great! We love Dr. Tom and recently got to meet Dr. Jeff who was wonderful in treating Kix. I like the option of having emergency coverage available if we need it. Thanks for caring and providing great medical knowledge and expertise to our family. Kix and Lola O Halloran - mom and dad too :)
