Dr Kelly is the BEST! I’ve known her since she was a vet tech and she has always been caring, compassionate and highly skilled. I consider myself very fortunate to have her as my dogs’ vet.

Vicki and the girls on the boarding side are always wonderful! They are very patient with Nora and I when we arrive and throughout Nora’s stay. I cannot speak more highly of the vet staff. Between helping us navigate through our dog’s cancer diagnosis and treatment a few years ago, to the sudden and unexpected departure of our cat this past June, their compassion and commitment to animal welfare continues to go beyond my expectations. I cannot thank them enough for their continued support to us as pet parents in giving our animals the best possible lives. Everyday vet visits, routine exams and services like nail trims, are fantastic - I switched to this clinic a few years ago and wish I had done it sooner. Their overall care is exceptional.

Dr Amanda did a good job with our visit today. I normally see Dr. Carolyn but was told she was not available and they could not schedule an appointment with her. I have been in to see her since Fred was 1st brought in there and it is nice to see some consistency.

We were charged way too much for an exam that was just a listen of a heartbeat and looking at her teeth. At past vet clinics they would feel our pets abdomens, joints etc. the lack of detail in the exam makes me think about looking for another place to take my pets. Also I know I didn’t ask about cost because our cat needed her nails trimmed but being charged 20 extra dollars for it was ridiculous considering it took 30 seconds and we already were charged 84 dollars for a basically nonexistent exam. On another note the vet tech at the exam was wonderful. She was extremely nice and helpful.

Dr. Carolyn is outstanding in every way and I am very sorry to hear that she is leaving.

It was our first visit to Pewaukee Vet. Dr. Kathy and Miranda could not have been nicer to Ruby and me.

The dr was great and thoroughly explained recommendations. It was requested for an exam to be done with me present; however, this request was ignored and Dr came to the room post examination. Additionally, the incorrect xrays were sent to WVRC to prepare for an emergency referral. This was frustrating and caused unnecessary delays. It was repaired the following day but could have been avoided.
