TOP NOTCH every time I call or walk through the doors for a visit. Everything is spectacular! I would board my dog again, but I plead w/ you to change your pickup time on Sunday. If a client is willing to pay for the day & can pick up at reasonable morning hour, it is maddening to make the pet sit in a kennel until evening pickup “allowable” hrs. While I understand staffing, 2 ppl are there & it doesn’t take more to grab a pet. Very upset.

I called to schedule the appt and it was scheduled for the following day. About an hour after I called to schedule the appt I received a call from Pewaukee Vet, reminding me of my appt the following day and asking that I confirm that I will be keeping that appt. That was annoying since I had just called to schedule it.

Dr Carolyn has been great! I was impressed with how much she knew and/or remembered about my cat s history during our visit. I don t know whether she took the time to familiarize herself with my cat s file just before our appointment or whether she just has a great memory, but either way it made me feel as though she truly has my pets best interests at heart! Also, I just want to take a moment to say that my family has been bringing our pets to Pewaukee Vet Service for probably close to 40 years now and we ve always received excellent care from any vet we ve seen there. Thank you so much for providing great care to all of my pets over the years!!

Having just moved to the area, this was our first visit with our senior ill dog. Dr. Geipel’s examination of Jesse was thorough, giving us more information about the causes of our pets problems. We feel comfortable with her kind and expert care of our pet.

I never know how to express how grateful I am that everyone at your facility treats my dog Bodie as if he was theirs and takes care of him so well. He loves coming to your offices which is always a joy not to fight a dog to get to the vet. Dr. Baker, I will always appreciate everything you do for us. Dr. Lisa, you were so nice to help us while Dr. Baker was out. His surgery went well and now we just wait for the pathology report. Ara, you and your coworkers make him feel like a spoiled little prince and he knows you all love him. Thank you all for everything you do each day. I hope you all know how I appreciate your kindness and how well you take care of my boy!

It is wonderful coming to Pewaukee Vet for medical services, grooming, and boarding. It is obvious that all of your employees love our pets and take great care of them!

Dr. Schuett was wonderful. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He truly cared about helping my dog and easing my anxiety.

We have to say that Dr. Carolynn (and Shannon) were absolutely fabulous as we dealt with our very sick kitty and had some tough decisions to make. She was patient, explained things very well and was so very gentle with our sick little cat. We HIGHLY recommend her and she will now be our everyday vet!

Dr. Lisa is especially smart and compassionate. She takes that extra moment to really think about/observe and care for my cats. I deeply respect and appreciate her care and heart. It s nice to have someone who genuninely wants to help and has the skill set to do so. PS - my only complaint with the website is the forced choices when trying to make an appointment. I always end up having to call. That s the only glitch.

We can t say enough about how much we love Pewaukee Veterinary Service. We drive 30 minutes across 2 counties to continue our pet s care with Dr. Kelly. She is the best!
