I so appreciate all of the help today and over the past years

My dog had a grooming. Brooke does a wonderful job with our dog. Very caring and friendly.

For several years now, Dr. Jeff has done an excellent job in caring for my Toezer s eyes which have a chronic condition. Also, he has performed surgery on my other kitties who unfortunately needed urgent surgery which he rearranged his schedule to accommodate their needs. I will really miss his sincere care when he fully retires, but I do hope he stays on staff as long as possible so he can mentor the other vets & thus, make this part of his legacy.

I was able to get my dog in to see the vet the day I needed to, but was disappointed that they were unable to work with me and my work schedule (at the hospital) to fit him in (only disappointed because it was urgent and I had to leave all my patients at the hospital to bring him in for the only appointment they told me was available). I wish the office would be more willing to work with me and my schedule when these rare and urgent issues arrive. However, I am EXTREMELY pleased with the care and attention and time Dr Carolynn spent with us and the compassion and care the entire staff has for my dog and myself.

Online appointment made for one Dr & confirmed via email. When I arrived, I was told it was with another Dr. Ended up well as I am a 1st time visitor and really like Dr Tom.

Please let Dr. Randy know that we did blood work in July. I have the report in my records.

Dr. Randy is awesome- I’ve taken my boys there since they were puppies and now they are 11 and 12. We do boarding- grooming and use to do daycare there. Love the convenience of all in one facility!

We love Dr Nick! He cares for our animals as though they were his own. We also love Jerry and Stephany as techs. They are always compassionate, gentle, and patient with our pets. We always feel comfortable and that our animals are safe in their care.

The medication I received for his eyes doesnt seem to be helping. I have another appt in a few weeks and will address it then.

We board our dogs there a lot but have never taken advantage of your veterinarian services. Dr Morgan was great and offered a very honest and candid opinion regarding our dog. Truly a professional and credit to your staff.

Dr Tom is the best

The service at Pewaukee Veterinary service was exceptional. The vet and everyone else took time to make sure that all of your questions were answered and our dog was comfortable. The vet made sure to explain everything before performing the exam and administering shots. Everyone was professional and the clinic was extremely welcoming.

Dr Hillary is amazing and is wonderful with my cats!

It took 10 minutes to check in for appointment. Not appropriately staffed. Dr. Morgan & assistant are awesome!

The whole appointment felt very rushed. I felt like the vet had one foot out of the door the whole time I was trying to explain what was happening with my dog. He explained all of the medications in a really rushed manner. The next day he called me with positive test results, and instead of educating me on what that meant, he rushed off the phone and I received a lengthy handout of information when I picked up my dog’s meds. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service we received.

Dr. Nick is such a wonderful vet and has taken such good care of our furry loved ones over the years. He is very thorough in his exams, listens to all our concerns, explains things well and most importantly truly cares for our pets and their well being. He has always made himself a available for any questions or concerns. Grateful we have such access to such a high caliber and highly educated group of vets as in PVS. Thank you for all the years of great care of all our pets.

I am a new client to Pewaukee vet and I came in looking for a second opinion. Dr. Nick was extremely helpful on the the phone prior to us even making an appointment. I will continue seeing him as my primary vet!
