Immediate help at the counter as I walked in. Polite and professional at all times. Offered coffee during my short wait time. Doctor and lab tech were on time, committed to my pet and my appointment. Both were very knowledgeable and listen with patience to my questions. I will go back to see them and when this comes up in conversation, I will mention them by name.

I took my Golden Retriever to Pewaukee Veterinary Hospital for a 2nd opinion regarding a diagnosis that my primary veterinarian at a different veterinarian office made. Dr. Jeff Baker was excellent and very knowledgeable. He was thorough and very patient in answering all of my questions. I am very pleased with the quality of service that I received!
