This was a grooming appointment. Brooke is excellent and our dog loves her!

I was very happy with Dr. Nick. He spent a great deal of time getting to know my dog for the first time, answered all of my questions, and really helped her to be at ease. My only suggestion would be to have the front staff be more welcoming. I had not been here before, and was barely greeted. I would have preferred a smile with a welcome, and perhaps a little bit of an introduction as to how things are done, the weighing process as we first entered, or just a friendly greeting.
