Dr. Kelly and her technician were very friendly and helped me understand different dog food brands which I always wondered about. Very helpful information and caring staff.

The experience I had at this clinic was amazing. They fit me into their schedule on short notice. Provided extremely caring attention to my dog and went above and beyond. Your medical facilities and staff are outstanding. This is the same for boarding as well. In fact one of my labs a few years ago when I came to pick him up saw me and turned around to stay. Made me feel really good but speaks volumes about your care. Keep up the great

We went to Urgent Care on Sunday. Dr. Kelly was very thorough and knowledgeable. She also took time to explain lab results and the options we had.

Dr. Baker was wonderful and explained everything that was going on with my pooch.

As usual, Dr. Randy Schuett and all of the staff were excellent, knowledgeable, professional and effective. In particular, Dr. Schuett and Jerry were extremely helpful with clear explanations and instructions. First visit was very good. Staff and veterinarian were friendly and helpful. I especially like knowing that if an emergency comes up--and that can happen with cats--there is urgent care available.

I have always been pleased bringing my dog, Annie to PVS. Dr. Gretta was fantastic and I was very saddened by her departure. Annie has been seeing Dr. Nick now, and we have been very satisfied so far.

The only reason I waited so long to answer this survey is because. Everything went smoothly and I really like Dr. Karen but it took 50 minutes from the time we got into the examination room until the Dr. came. I just wish someone had checked in with me once in that time if the doctor was busy.

Loved the service, staff and dedication to making my dog healthy.Fantastic that they offer Sunday hours but they still charge for non emergency and my bill was very high.
