Every aspect of our visit was excellent! As a first time puppy owner I felt my visit was everything I could hope for, from the reception staff, to the nursing staff, to the excellent doctor. All my questions and concerns were answered, I am very pleased with my choice to bring Oliver to your clinic. 5 stars on all questions!

I ve seen two doctors, Dr Kelly and Dr Tom. Both have been great and incredibly helpful and thorough at explaining my dogs conditions.

i had brought both my dogs and the receptionist wanted me to get my larger one weighed. It was already a challenge to get the larger dog to sit on the scale while I was still trying to control the smaller dog. The receptionist offered no help and just looked annoyed that I couldn t get my dog to sit on the scale.

Dr. Tom is a wonderful vet. He always puts my wife and myself at easy - and more importantly, my dog Brewski likes him a lot. Even though Dr. Tom has appointments scheduled back to back - we are able to ask any questions, no matter the magnitude and never feel rushed. We are life long Pewaukee Vet clients!

I hope I never move and need to find a new vet clinic because you have set the bar very high. Everyone from scheduling to reception to vet tech is top notch. I was disappointed that Dr. Greta left, but Dr. Kelly has stepped in to seamlessly fill her shoes. I won t consider taking my furbabies anywhere else!

Dr. Jeff and his staff are awesome i am so appreciative of all that they do but not only for my little one but for everybody that walks thru their doors!

I felt Sarah did an excellent job with her instructions for care at home. She has enlightened me on two occassions - I was not aware that Gabepentin(?) was also a mood alterer. This explains why I need to give Maggie her pain med about 1 hour before she will eat. It is much easier to get this little old girl to eat when she is feeling mellow. Thank-you - always great care at your facility.

Dr Jeff and KatieG always provide an excellent thorough efficient visit working well as a team - and are always extremely compassionate with my pets -and the owner! My pets are always calm and cooperative with them even when very ill because of Dr Jeff and KatieG confident calm and kind demeanor and service to the pets. I m glad we switched to the practice which is conscientious responive and provide compassionate thorough care.

Dr Karen is an excellent Vet and vey compassionate in helping me during this sad time of putting my sweet Cat down. And welcoming a new kitty in my life
