Put a sign closer to main road. Easier to find road to turn in, and would probably advertise clinic as well.

We are always happy with the staff and doctors. We feel comfortable with our dog seeing any of the doctors

I was a few minutes late, but ended up waiting nearly an hour to see the vet. That s unusual though as I ve been coming there for years.

I have been coming to PVS for years. Moved, tried to leave and continue to come back because I trust no one else with my pups! I always know my dogs have the best care at PVS.

It s a shame that the front desk staff all seems to be new. The young woman who checked me in was annoyed that she was missing her scheduled break in order to take care of me. She didn t interact with me as a customer, but kind of acted like I couldn t hear her. It took her a while to understand that I only needed to present one fecal sample for two cats who share a litter box and she couldn t find the note on my account that authorizes front desk staff to use Dr. Jeff s signature stamp on my insurance forms. Another person tried to help her and couldn t find the note either. As soon as I got into the room, Dr. Jeff s tech verified the note was plainly visible on my account. I love Drs. Jeff and Randy and will never switch, but I m used to a much higher level of service from the clinic staff.

I m afraid that your fees for tests and medication are getting unaffordable. Our bill was close to $500. Please work on keeping your fees as low as possible. thanks.

Everything was excellent.

It was a wonderful experience, but SO expensive. I really like coming here, but don t know if I can continue to afford it. (and my dog is healthy, so if he wasn t I am definitely not sure I could)

The only negative is the last few appointments have been running late or behind schedule.

The vets and their technological staff genuinely love their work and it shows in their interactions with the pets and the their owners. I wouldn t go anywhere else.

On this visit I was treated like I was the only person important. It was amazing. With many other clients all around they hurried to make a room available for my sickly kitty. Then I was even given the instruction to push the button when my husband arrived so that we would both be present for the appt. when the nurse came to do the initial she was super sweet and so gentle and caring. Then the doctor came who I have never had before. Usually I am told how bad it is that I don t give insulin to my diabetic cat. I was actually praised for finding food that brought the blood sugar down so well for so long. We were so kindly told of what was happening to our very beloved kitty and so gently told how the putting down procedure is so easy on the kitty. Then instead of saying ok time to pay they would not take our credit card and said they would send the bill. As we cried they were so understanding of our heartbreak. And moved so slowly instead of ok let s do this so we can go to the next patient. As we are in our 3rd day of mourning it is so helped by how we were treated by dr Nick and his nurse. If we can manage to be able open our hearts again we will be asking to have dr nick as our pet s physician. Thank you so much.

Dr. Jeff has limited hours so it s much harder to schedule an appointment when I need to, especially in an emergency situation.

We absolutely love Pewaukee Vet Services. You are helping us with our Tobey (cat) and Dr. Jeff encouraged us to keep trying. At his advice, we will and hopefully another few weeks will tell on how Tobey is doing with an up in his dose of insulin. Thank you all, you are the BEST !

There was some confusion with my Care Credit account and I was unable to contact anyone on a Saturday. You were very kind to let me call and straighten it out on Monday and return to pay. Not many offices would do that. It was greatly appreciated!

The only slightly negative comment would be that Dr. Nick s assistant was a bit too mechanical - I felt she was giving a brain dump instead of just talking to me. Dr. Nick was fabulous, as usual!!

Dr. Morgan and her vet tech are wonderful!

I am debating switching vets because the price is too expensive.

My husband and I were heading out of the country and discovered a skin issue with our dog in the 11th hour. Thanks to your extended hours and flexibility, a vet was able to examine her and supply meds before our departure. We truly appreciated the support!
