I wish there was a separate door for entering and exiting so animals wouldn t have to see other animals. My big dog is a challenge.....

Though everything above was good,I believe you are doing excessive tests and over vaccinating without asking and explaining to your customers what and why they are being done. If my dog was showing signs of something I would understand but he comes in healthy and shouldn t need all the things you do. I think it s to line your pocket. As my sister says: they saw you coming and that s how I leave feeling every year.

I didn t need to find the hospital Dr. Baker saw Tucker for the first time as it was a same day appt. I liked him a lot!

I called back to understand the est charges. The receptionist was nice but she couldn t really explain them. She said she would have the dr call me back. I never received a call.

Confusing when we get a call at the end of the day and then try to connect with the person the next day and nobody knew who the person was.

Great service for a long time- great new vet but so expensive.

Dr. Morgan is the best out there, she has helped us to find out and address issues that other vets cannot. The dogs also do not mind coming there because everyone is so friendly!

Love all aspects of PVS except the cost. I know quality care, equipment and excellent staff are costly. However, now being seniors on a fixed income, a very modest middle class income, services at PVS stretch our budget to the limit. A senior discount or multi dog discount would be appreciated.

I was truly beyond impressed with both the facilities and the level of service my dog and myself experienced. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with smiling faces who were happy to have us, to our nurse who was outstanding, and the vet who couldn t have done a better job! Thank you so much! We are definitely life long customers. :)

Dr. Caroline is a wonderful new addition to your team. She was great with our two dogs and really took the time to educate my husband and I.

I have seen many of the vets at Pewaukee Veterinary Service and each of them (and their techs) have always been wonderful.

I am so happy I found you guys. Pewaukee Vet is an awesome facility and everyone there has bent over backwards to be both helpful and friendly. And contrary to his complaining when he s there, Hachi loves you too!

As your business continues to grow, the reception area sometimes has too many animals at one time. ( incoming and outgoing ). this can be a problem if one of the animals wants to be the ALPHA in charge. I understand unexpected treatment time is unavoidable and disrupts smooth flow of appointments. With several Doctors on duty at the same time spacing appointments becomes a logistical problem. Overall a great place for animal care.

We love Doctor Nick. He is always so friendly and loves your pet. He even got down on the floor and played with Parker. All the doctors are great. But Nick is special.

Costs discussed on the phone with the Doctor were lower than what was actually charged at the visit. Costs and actual need for certain items should be discussed prior to performing work. Doctor left before nurse presented final bill. Would refer friends to Pewaukee Vet for certain treatments only.

Dr Nick always makes us feel comfortable and answers all our questions no matter how much time it takes! We would and have recommended Dr Nick and the PVS to all our friends with doggies!

We were very happy with the service. In the past we have had occasions where we were put in an exam room and waited a good amount of time to be attended to. Appreciated the extra time taken to explain the steps on figuring out the diagnosis and our part in the solution so that we left with a complete understanding.

Dr. Kelly and her technician were very friendly and helped me understand different dog food brands which I always wondered about. Very helpful information and caring staff.
