Great experience overall. Our little Chikara is such a Drama Queen!

The only suggestion, is that the room wasn t cleaned from the last appointment. The table/counter wasn t cleaned. I was happy with the service I received for the urgent care I needed. I felt comfortable and well informed with the care my cat received. I will definitely recommend the urgent care and veterinary services.

I am a first time dog owner and I had many many questions. The doctor was patient with me and never made me feel rushed and addressed all of questions happily. Great experience!!

Appointment was for 9, didn t see doc till 9:30. Just saying, you might want to work on timeliness of appointments.

We waited over 30 minutes to get into an exam room with both our dogs to see the doctor. The room we got was the comfort room. Just being in the room with our older dog was unsettling. Unsettling to the point we couldn t ask the questions or have the usual dialogue regarding our pets health. For the record, we were asked if we would be ok having the exams done there - we didn t think it would hit such a nerve. The funny thing is that we walked out of there with both dogs in tow - it s a MIRACLE :) This is minor problem compared to how appreciative we are for this clinic and caliber of care with Dr. Tom and aide.

I adore everyone at PVS. I depend on their knowledge to help me maintain my dog s health. I have been a customer for several years and will continue to do so. My dog s life depends on them and I thoroughly trust all of them.

The employee in training was at the front desk by herself, it appeared others were busy on the phones. I m ok working with an person in training we have all been there but be came concerned when I was asked to view/approve a different procedure set up in advance for my pet . First, the date displayed on paperwork was for another day . I handed the papers back and stated that is not why I am here today it has the wrong date on it , employee looked confused and called for help from teammates once they were off the phone. All in all registration was completed

As first time dog parents, my husband and I may be quick to react when something seems off with our pup but the staff at Pewaukee Vet Service always take good care of us! We absolutely love Dr. Kelly and Dr. Carolynn. They take the time to answer questions (even after hours) and you can tell them love what they do.

I love Dr Kelly as I have loved Dr Eli and Dr Greta. Thank you for hiring such caring people.

The reason for our visit was a wound on our dog s neck. The vet diagnosed it as a mystery after running tests in the back without our permission that proved to be quite costly. A mystery was not a satisfactory diagnosis.

As usual, I was pleased by the professionalism or the doctors and techs. I recommend Pewaukee Vet to all my friends.

This is a great place loved the staff I have told family and friends how great this facility is, I really like that you can pay your bill in the room so you don t have to stand out in the waiting room with your pet. This is definitely my girls new veterinary place.

Dr. Morgan was excellent! She took the time to really explain the situation and her recommendations. I hope the treatment goes as well as the exam and diagnosis

Although we live 30 minutes away, it s totally worth it for the great care we receive there.

It goes without saying by the fact we drive almost two hours to get to your facility, we truly appreciate everything the staff does to accommodate us. You treat Duffer with care and love and take time to answer all our questions. We ve been clients almost from day one....Thanks for being there for the good times and sad!
