Dr Nick answered all my questions and took wonderful care of me and my girl (dog)

This visit was not our yearly exam but due to a problem and the care and concern exhibited by the vet and vet tech made an upsetting situation less upsetting. They listened and worked hard to figure out the problem and came up with a treatment plan that provided relief to my sweet companion of 13 years. I have been coming to PVC for over 20 years and the kindness and compassion shown to both my dog(s) and myself by the vets and staff has been consistent. I would not go anywhere else.

Wonderful clinic. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I know my dog is getting the best care.

Our cat is struggling and everyone we ve been in touch with has been kind, informative, helpful, and understanding of our sense of urgency.

Jerry was terrific during Hayley s release from her dental cleaning. He explained the condition of Hayley s teeth, provided some pointers on brushing our dogs teeth, and explained the level of anesthetic used during the procedure and effects this could have on Hayley through the evening. Jerry also met Hayley at her drop off in the morning and discussed my concerns about a suspected broken tooth. Dr. Morgan called after the procedure in the afternoon to let us know Hayley was doing fine, her teeth cleaned up well and no issues were found, and to set a pick-up time. The text service informing me when the procedure started was very helpful! Thanks to all for taking great care of Hayley!

My dog was recently groomed. The groomers, established and new, have been so accommodating. The proximity of your facility to our house is also a bonus. Thank you!

I would prefer if lab results with abnormalities were discussed in greater detail on a message as opposed to just stating there were abnormalities and to call the office in the morning. Leaves me nervous about what is wrong with my friend.

Everyone I came into contact with was incredibly helpful and pleasant. I m so thankful to all of the help they gave me these last two days.

The doctor was very thorough when discussing our dog s injury, the front desk staff was very welcoming as we entered and super friendly as we left. I randomly asked if we could also clip my dog s nails and the staff happily obliged, bringing in another team member to assist with his size. Again, everyone was extremely friendly and patience in that situation. The exam room was ready for us and we did not have to wait in the lobby at all, and then was able to check out right in the room and head right on out which alleviated a lot of stress. We are really considering changing vets all together after that experience.

I tried to schedule an urgent care appt. for that evening because my pet was very sick and I was told everything was booked up. I thought that is what urgent care was for, emergencies! I am a long time customer of Pewaukee veterinary service and I was very disappointed!

My experience on my last visit was great. We only came in for a blood test so the wait wasn t long. However when we come for a Dr. visit, being put in a room and waiting has at times taken 20 to 30 minutes. When I show up on time for my appointment I have expectations that I will be seen at the time I ve scheduled. I d rather not be put in a room if its not to be seen within a couple of minutes.

I would like to try a few more holistic methods on my dogs - especially as they age. I am not fond of all of the vaccines and would like to try testing before just vaccinating. Also my dog has pancreatitis - is it possible that her joint meds are causing her condition. She did not have it prior to getting these meds. Just wondering.

Dr. Karen was fantastic! As new puppy parents, we had many questions about house training, biting, and crate training. She gave great advice that has already worked well at home! Our pup Violet loved her and especially the spray cheese (which we have definitely used at home since). We absolutely made the correct choice in a vet in the Pewaukee area.

First time visit, very impressed with the clinic.

Pewaukee Vet Service has been our doctors since our Dachsie was a puppy, and 14 years later they are still caring for her. We wouldn t consider going anywhere else!

We have been clients there for 11 years. Actually, we are seeing the 2nd generation of vets! Very happy with Drs. Jeff, Randy and Nick. Very friendly and efficient front desk group. Always ask for Jerry to do any labs etc for our Kodi.

I will likely not be returning. The rates for services is out of control high. I didn t appreciate the doctor taking both pets out of the room, to give shots/the exam. I also would have liked a price breakdown, prior to all treatments and exams. I feel like the overall goal of the clinic is to make money, and not truly care for pets. Pretty disappointing.

It s expensive for a short visit. And we unfortunately still don t know the cause of our cat s inappropriate eliminaton around the house.
