Great service. The vet was up to date on the research and developed a long term plan for my cat. I was pleased with the recommendations. My only suggestion would be to Keep prednisone as medication in clinic !

Dr.Tom is so good with Buddy and always answers all our concerns.

We have been using PVS for 22+ years (2 different dogs and 3 guinea pigs). We have always received outstanding service and would not want to go anywhere else. Thank you to the wonderful doctors and great staff.

I would recommend this place to anyone. I spoke to several members of the reception staff and they were all extremely kind! I was called the same night to let me know there had been a cancellation which I very much appreciated. The doctor was very helpful in explaining everything to me and I was grateful he stayed so late to help me and my kitty. Big THANK YOU to everyone!

The only difficult part of my first visit is trying to get a prescription from a pharmacy in Texas. Everyone at the vet office was wonderful!

We came to the clinic for a consultation on ACL surgery on our golden retriever- was impressed at the promptness of the appointment- the reviewing of options- the explanation of the surgical procedure and just the overall experience

Great staff, great doctors but I think the the prices for services are not in line with the competition in the surrounding area. Maybe a discount for seniors would help. Getting a bit pricey for me.

No matter if I m coming in for an urgent issue or a healthy check-up, I always leave with the feeling that the staff cares for my animals as much as I do. I have, and will continue to refer friends and family to PVS.

Dr. Morgan has surpassed my expectations. The support staff is friendly and very helpful and my dog was treated with such kindness and care.

I know Pewaukee has good vets, but prices are quite high. This time my annual exam was over $400. I also feel like I m being pressured into getting things that I don t need. (the prepaid fecal tube) I didn t even realize it was prepaid until right at the end when I was checking out the tech mentioned prepaid. The fecal exam used to be $15, now it is $40?

I had never spent 1.5 hours there for an appt. Technician said they were busy and said I should have asked for more time when I scheduled my appt .?? I feel that is the responsibility of the scheduling staff to know how much time to allow for,especially for a repeat customers annual visit. I think they overbooked which made for quite a bit of time waiting for a very busy doctor!

Nick Schuett has big shoes to fill, but I think he will be up to the challenge.

I feel my dog got exceptional care. Dr. Kelley did an excellent job of placing two rows of sutures which I feel will definitely help heal the surgery on my dog s nose. My dog s original surgery done by another vet not at this facility broke open and needed to be redone on an emergency basis. Dr. Kelley also explained about a new allergy injection which I hope will be a good alternative to the steroid my dog had been taking.
