Love this Vet practice!!

We regularly saw Dr. Tom. Due to a chaotic schedule, I was forced to take an appointment with Dr. Baker. He made me feel that we had seen him before. He genuinely listened to my questions and concerns. He made me feel that I was a part of Koda s care. I would recommend Dr. Tom or Dr. Baker to everyone!

It s never a joy to bring a pet in for an urgent appointment, but the staff at Pewaukee Veterinary Service always puts my mind at ease with how they treat me and my dog. I never hesitate to refer friends and neighbors to PVS and have done so often.

They re the best!!!!!

I brought my two dogs in for their annual exam. I was waiting at the receptionist desk to get checked in. Another dog & owner was coming to check out. My dogs started barking and getting excited! Normal dog behavior! A lady at the receptionist desk seemed annoyed and stomped over to direct me to a room. I didn t appreciate the attitude. The rating about the nursing staff was due to my vet assistant getting frustrated w/ the fact my dog was growling at her. My dog was severely abused and is very timid. These situations are difficult for her...so care and compassion would have been the better route to go.

Thanks to Dr. Kelly I was able to get the answers I needed for Petrie. We now have a treatment plan in place. Dr. Kelly took the time to address my concerns-thank you!

We have been seeing Dr. Tom for over ten years. He is very knowledgeable and cares about treating your pet correctly and gently.

I assume clicking on the far right-side star is the excellent rating. Couldn t tell because it does not highlight when doing so.

I have been coming to Pewaukee for specialty care, but not general services because I do not live very close at all. You were able to get me in right away, but more importantly, you provide superior care to the clinic I had been going to for general care - more attentive, cleaner, more thorough, less chaotic, etc. It will be a longer drive, but I will be switching to you for general care too.

Costs a bit more than similar visits to other vets, but worth it because (1) I get in more quickly when my dog is sick, and (2) the vet techs are always helpful via phone at no extra charge. Plus everyone is friendly and seemingly understanding of my concerns about my dog s health.

You all were amazing with Paris! I can t thank you guys enough! We will be back for complete check ups with all our animals. You guys will definitely be our vet now! :)

Dr. Morgan was terrific

Great service. The vet was up to date on the research and developed a long term plan for my cat. I was pleased with the recommendations. My only suggestion would be to Keep prednisone as medication in clinic !

Dr.Tom is so good with Buddy and always answers all our concerns.

We have been using PVS for 22+ years (2 different dogs and 3 guinea pigs). We have always received outstanding service and would not want to go anywhere else. Thank you to the wonderful doctors and great staff.

Both my dogs love Dr. Kelly. She has a wonderful way of making them feel relaxed and comfortable. Thanks to Dr. Kelly for her help in treating my dog Dodger.

I would recommend this place to anyone. I spoke to several members of the reception staff and they were all extremely kind! I was called the same night to let me know there had been a cancellation which I very much appreciated. The doctor was very helpful in explaining everything to me and I was grateful he stayed so late to help me and my kitty. Big THANK YOU to everyone!

The only difficult part of my first visit is trying to get a prescription from a pharmacy in Texas. Everyone at the vet office was wonderful!

We came to the clinic for a consultation on ACL surgery on our golden retriever- was impressed at the promptness of the appointment- the reviewing of options- the explanation of the surgical procedure and just the overall experience

Great staff, great doctors but I think the the prices for services are not in line with the competition in the surrounding area. Maybe a discount for seniors would help. Getting a bit pricey for me.
