The new routine is fabulous! I stood at the open window looking in and spoke with Dr. Pitcairn as she did my dogs annual exams. I actually think the entire process - from arrival greeting to no contact payment is BETTER and FASTER than the good old days! Great work! And thank you all so much for being there!

Chase Farm Veterinary Hospital is doing an amazing job during this pandemic! They re always really great and they have figured out how to remain awesome. I was very nervous to go to a sick visit with my pup, but CFVH set my mind at ease and my little Ellie went with them, no problem. Her doctor brought her back to the car and spent time explaining the plan of care and telling me all about the visit. Thank you to EVERYONE at CFVH for your love, care and awesomeness with all of the fur babies!

Dr. Arena was fantastic,compassionate and educated me about Theo s illness, reviewed all labs and RX and spent at of time on the phone with me.

All of my ratings are 5 s - values didn t change. Sammie ended up having a UTI. Same day appointment was made, felt very safe with COVID practices, staff were great, Dr. Pitcairn developed a plan of care and Sammie is doing great. Thank you for the great care!!!

Seems in an emergency I always get the newest Dr. The dog got bored with the food? Hmm... Called me back regarding blood work but did not leave a message. I returned the call but the Dr. was busy and I did not get a call back. Still don t know the results of the bloodwork.
