I was seen with my cat at your smaller office. I loved being there with him. He was much calmer and the wait time was short. It was clean and pleasant. I can t say enough about Dr. Pitcarin and her staff. She has helped me tremendously to problem solve with my older cat who still has quite a few good years left in him but is dealing with some chronic complex health issues. I don t know what we would do without her! I love that she is knowlegeable in traditional western medicine practices but also uses herbal and supportive less invasive treatments which provide a great balance to my cat s health. I don t know what we would do without her! I can t recommend this vetinary clinic enough.

The staff and doctor are excellent in their handling of both patient and owner (or owned!) alike. A little sad that the pandemic has disallowed owners to be with their pets, but the same care and concern is administered as when the owners ARE allowed into the room.

Dr Wadsworth was wonderful about taking seiously and addressing what turned out to be a nonissue (we think). She never made me feel stupid to be concerned. I appreciate her kindness and tact. Her first time meeting my dog! She made a good impression on me.

I have the greatest amount of appreciation for all of the drs, staff, tech and every other person that works at Chase Farm. They are always so helpful, friendly and without the entire team supporting me with all of my cats ailments I don’t know what I would do. I recommend them to everyone! No matter the reason I’m contacting them they always call back and I never feel silly asking questions. Absolute amazing staff throughout the entire entire clinic!
