Even though I came on the wrong Tuesday they were accommodating and made time for to fit us in!!! Always pleased with the service and care my dogs have gotten here and our new puppy was given plenty of attention. THANK YOU as always for great service.

The stars don t do anything when I punch them but I gave 5 stars to everything. I did however find the waiting time to get my bill AFTER my cat was seen to be way too long. I think I waited 15 minutes just to get my bill. Granted, they were busy, but maybe there needs to be a better system for that part of the process. That said I am glad to be back at Chase Farm.

Dr. Snow was great, super friendly and very thorough.

I miss the feline-friendly afternoons at the old annex. My cat is very excitable; wish that he didn t have to face the large, very loud dogs that hang out in your waiting room. That said, Chase Farm is a great place, and I wouldn t think of going anywhere else.

We waited to see Dr Comstock, however we know that she gives full attention to each patient. We are very happy because she takes such wonderful care of our dog and explains everything clearly to us.

Dr. Pitcairn is always compassionate and caring with Holly. I trust her judgement with any of our questions. Holly feels very comfortable when visiting the vet.

Love this vet. The only complaint is checking out is a 15 minute procedure. There is usually a backup waiting to check out. It seems to take so long.
