Great staff! Kind, friendly and definitely have the best interests of my pet at heart. The only issue I have is it isn t well communicated just how much you are going to be charged. While I am used to paying over $200 for the yearly exam/tests, I wasn t expecting to spend close to $300 for a couple of eye tests and 3 prescriptions. The entire visit with the actual vet was less than 15 minutes. A little warning ahead of time would have been appreciated.

I think there should be a lot more information given about the various vaccines we re asked to give our pets .. it was a little nerve-wracking to be told about other vaccines I Should give my cat, on the spot, when I thought I was only there for Rabies shot. Granted, the vet was super kind and my stress had nothing to do with him at all, but it would be helpful to empower clients more w/ info about the various choices we have to make, at least with pamphlets with a full spectrum of info. Also, I was expecting to see Dr. Comstock, so I was really surprised that s not who we had for our appointment. It would be nice to know why at least next time. Otherwise, there was barely a wait and everyone there is always SO nice, I would never switch my vet, for this pet or future pets :) thank you!
