Always a fantastic visit, everyone is wonderful. My dog had bloodwork done and Dr. Latawiec followed up in a very timely manner and gave an incredibly thorough explanation of each abnormal value.

I have insurance and this was not put through at first. When I asked about it I was told they could try to put it through. It ended up being rejected and when I went in to look at the explanation it was because the wrong invoice was submitted. It was the one for a previous appt for a wellness check and vaccines. I resubmitted myself. It is not a big deal, it was easy but was just surprised by the mistake. I am sure that there is a lot going on at the clinic right now so it is fine.

Sophies appointment was perfect. During these Covid times it is very different but we are very happy with the way you have handled the visits. Doing the phone visit with you going over step by step with Sophie is great, we are able to hear everything that you are doing and it is not rushed. I was not sure of how payment was to be made since the Covid restrictions have come into place. Really the only way I think you could have improved our experience was if that was clarified earlier in the appointment. I appreciate it is the uncomfortable part of you job.
