We love the care that Stella receives from everyone at Companion. I understand that covid times are different but I had been told to arrive at least 15 mins ahead of my appointment time and call from my vehicle on arrival. After repeated attempts to call for over 15 mins, I finally reached reception after my appointment time had already passed. It seems as though the early arrival is unnecessary? Once stella was taken in, I definitely felt as though she had full attention and I was kept very informed throughout her appointment Thank you

I am very happy that I’ve come here on the advice of my daughter. The experience is very calm for my dog and me! The staff are Very helpful and treat my dog as if it were their own!! Dr.L is wonderful! She informs you so that you completely understand! Prices are great too! Best move I made to come to Companion Vet!!??

I actually find the virtual visit works quite well. It’s almost easier to concentrate on what the Vet is saying when you’re not right there with your pet. The Vet Techs are amazingly friendly as they come to your car. I find the whole system works quite well. Just one suggestion? Your music while “on hold” is very loud and garbled. Maybe it could be fixed?

Dr. L is such a wonderful vet, as is Dr. Benoit (I saw Dr. L in this case). She is so knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease even though you can be with your pet during the examination. We appreciate everything she explained to us and was happy to hear our sweet kitty is in excellent health. All staff at the clinic are so kind and helpful. Thank you!

Would have been appreciated to receive an update on the COVID procedures as the appointment was booked months in advance with no mention in the reminder email.

Excellent clinic and service

Dr. Benoit and his amazing staff always are the absolute best. They take the time to have extended conversations with me about my ageing dog, providing honest and compassionate information and advice. And they take great effort to make my grouchy old girl feel as comfortable as possible during her visit.

I find the vet technicians and veterinarians to be super friendly and wonderful! I sometimes find the receptionists to be not as friendly.

Companion vet clinic and Dr Benoit are amazing!

It took a bit longer to get an appointment but likely covid-19 related, not a big problem. I like the safety protocols! Really appreciated Dr Kevin talking me through the surprise dental surgery. The premeasured dose medication syringes were helpful. Thank you all for taking good care of my beloved little Bodie.

I was not permitted to be a physical part of the check up however was on the phone. It sounded like a very thorough check up and I value that. I did not hear any distress from my dog over the phone and he was returned to me with seemingly little stress. I was very please with our first visit to companion veterinary clinic. Thank you

I wasn t in the clinic so it really is difficult to fully assess the clinic environment. While Dr Benoit took sufficient time to fully explain my dog s situation it s not nearly as satisfying to deal with these issues on the phone. Given the current situation I understand but with compulsory mask wearing there must be a way orchestrate an in person appointment especially an initial visit. It s really unsettling for an anxious dog to go alone into a new office. This in no way a criticism of the care by the staff or Dr Benoit provided.
