Dr. Benoit and staff continue to go above and beyond. Our dog had a bunch of sudden symptoms that didn’t point to an obvious diagnosis and Dr. Benoit spent a lot of time with us to quickly get to the bottom of this. Our dog was unfortunately diagnosed with lymphoma. Dr. Benoit and team have been extremely helpful, kind and supportive. Our dog gets the absolute best care there and we are so thankful for them.

I have (unfortunately) had lots of experience with vets over the years and in all of those years I have never had such a positive experience as I have had with the Companion tram. And when you consider the weird world of Covid where we don’t even get to meet out vets that’s saying something! The entire team at Companion is amazing. I am so happy that they are our vet!

it did seem like an awful lot of people were standing around by the door which made it difficult just to get my receipt once done. Perhaps some sort of markers to stand on/ a better system for this would be helpful!

This was my first time with your clinic. I would have preferred to have been in the clinic during the visit but I understand the restrictions due to Covid. My only suggestion is for future visits to be conducted over video conference, so that as an owner, we can see our pets and follow the process of the appointment with the vet and technicians.

Dr. Latawiec and her staffs are awesome!!! Dr. L is very patient and knowledgeable. Able to answer all my questions. I completely trust her recommendation and feel very comfortable to bring Lady to the clinic to see the doctor and staffs there. They are great!

So appreciate Dr. Benoit s careful attention to Wexford s skin conditions - has been such a problem over the years but I think we have it sorted now. Thank you!

When I arrived I called and was asked to hold. I Waited on hold for about 8 minutes until I noticed someone else’s that had arrived and was told to call got through before I did. I hung up and called back and got through right away, but was a bit confused why the phone did t get picked up while I was on hold. Not a big deal, but a concern. Thanks

The wait time was a little long for our dog who is anxious and becomes quite upset when she sees other dogs. For us, the wait time was fine. We were very pleased with our experience and have already recommended your clinic to others.

I love Companion Vet Clinic. When I call with a concern or even to get more food, I fell your staff is as concerned my dogs well being as I am. That truly means the world to me and my family. Lysander is our world....without him, our family would not be whole and I consistently feel as though you treat even concern I have about him, as a priority and I couldn t qwk for anymore out of our vet. Dr Benoit is golden but so was the vet who saw us on Thursday last min when Lysander was very ill. I am sorry indont have her name but we love you and Lysander is like his old self, with the pain meds you prescribed him. Thank you thank you!!

We were not able to come in so we are not sure about the office. The staff were great and very pleasant on the phone. We were very pleased that the vet answered all of our questions. We are looking forward to staying with the vet throughout our Dogs life!
