Due to Covid i was not able to enter the facility,understandable. But the consult by phone by Dr. Kevin Benoit was as good as usual when we are in the clinic. Whenever you are looking for a Vet with a real passion for animals become patient with your animal at this clinic. It is the best I have ever seen on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean!!! Keep up the good work team. And I hope we can meet in person again pretty soon. Sick and tired of this stupid virus. But we have to be patient ifwe don t want to become a patient ourselves.

Everyone at your clinic has been amazing with our dog who had a traumatic eye injury. Doctor Latavich has been so caring and compassionate with us. The technician has made up a schedule for us so that we can keep track of when we give him what medication, which is also extremely helpful!! We are so glad that we have chosen you clinic with our puppy.

I didn t know the office was clean or not as dog owners are not allowed to go in due to covid. It supposed to be clean otherwise I would be really upset.

l just sat in my car and waited for someone to come out and get my dog ,everything was just fine.

Due to covid, the clinic asked that I wait in the car while they examined my dog. The staff were very friendly, and the vet was very clear over the phone. She explained everything well, was never difficult to hear, and she talked me through every step of the exam. I was very pleased, as always!

Dr. Benoit and his staff have made the covid procedure very efficient as well as safe for all staff, pet owners and pets. My Cooper loves coming to the vet. He knows that it is a fun place that has friendly people and lots of treatos! This clinic specializes in making sure you and your pet have a wonderful experience.

hope i did this correct. all excellent except ease of getting in to be seen. I rate this one less star as it took awhile to get in but this is due to COVID so not really controllable.

I had to book many months in advance. It was simple, but I meant to come in back in June and I had to book to October. The service was amazing, as always, which is why I’m OK with waiting. I wish it wasn’t something I had to consider so far in advance, but it worked out just fine. Thanks again for being the best. Me and my family will always suggest your clinic.

We were thankful we were able to get Barkley in the same day. And we were very happy with the service we received from everyone. We will definitely be back.
