Thanks for always being thorough and giving reasonable recommendations. Much appreciated. The staff is so friendly and my pup feels very loved going to the vet. I’ve had many dogs throughout my life that I truly dread bringing to the vet so I very much appreciate the fear free approach. It was a bit tough to organize an appointment. I called a few times and couldn’t get through. Email communication was a bit difficult that lead to some confusion with appointment times. Normally this would have been fine, but with the limit of only one person I have to organize childcare to bring my dog in. The staff were very accommodating though and made it work in the end. So thank you! With all the extra phone communication, maybe another line could be added so people trying to get in touch could be on hold?

Pip was super stressed out and Dr. Amy was extremely caring and gentle with him. The techs did a great job calming and administering his medicine thus, Pip did not freak out anymore. Everyone is always so kind and caring at the clinic. Thank you for helping Pip to feel so much better so quickly.

I truly appreciate how the clinic has adapted to the challenges of the pandemic. Dr. Kevin was on the phone with me during my dog s entire exam to share info and advice. Such a comforting experience with a much loved rescue dog who needs a bit of extra management.

Very happy with the quick and friendly service we received. Despite covid protocols, everything was well explained and all our concerns were addressed. So happy we took the recommendation to start coming here with our new pup.

Best Vet we ve had with all our cats. I especially like the fear free philosophy to help keep the appointment as stress-free as possible. Other Vets use to handle Persi with falconry gloves but not the staff here and its much easier on her as a result.

The staff are fantastic at companion!! Dr. Benoit is SO gentle with my nervous cat and is very thorough with his checkup and explanations of different treatments. This is the best experience I’ve had at any vet.
