All staff are always incredibly accommodating for our boy and take every effort to make the experience as smooth as possible.

The staff were great and so gentle with our puppy. Dr Benoit was fantastic. She never even winced or noticed when her needle was given. I don’t think she will mind going back next time. ??

I thought we were going to meet a trainer but met with Amy instead. I was very impressed with how straight forward she was with expected outcome. She suggested an approach that we agreed with as it made sense to us. We look forward to working together. Thank you.

Dr Amy listened to my concerns and was very thorough in examining Lexi. A tech (apologies, I can’t remember her name) walked with me outside to collect a urine sample, she was also wonderful. When Dr Amy called me with the UA results, she explained what they meant, what to keep an eye out for, and some options for next steps along with her recommendation. We usually see Dr L and both she and Dr Amy, along with all the staff we engage with each visit, have all been wonderful.

My fur babies have been seeing Dr. Benoit for 10 years now. He is thorough, explains and explores all options that are best for you and your pet. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Dr. Benoit is honestly amazing, and we are VERY appreciative to have him as our Vet. He is sooo good with our dog and equally patient with us. He never rushes us or hesitates to answer any questions. He is not judgmental and is very supportive if we have questions or concerns. Highly recommend Dr. Benoit and the Companion Vet Clinic.

Everyone was amazing to both Ben, and me. I’m was taking them home (Peace River) for veterinarian visits but now that we have a wonderful place here close to our place, no more long trips for care. Ben is healing well. We are thankful!

Dr. B has always been amazing at explaining exactly what is going on with my dogs and outlining next steps for treatment. I always feel confident in the care he takes with them. The front staff are super accommodating and are always understanding, and the other vets and vet assistants are always so kind and amazing to work with.

The entire staff was friendly and professional. We had a very positive experience the entire time. A special Thank You to Dr Amy for taking the time to talk us through a complicated manner. Her knowledge, patience and candor were welcome and appreciated. We felt heard and confident in her explanations. My family (including grown children) have been taking all of our beloved pets to Dr Benoit at Companion Veterinary Clinic since it opened at the Blackburn location - the whole team is super caring & professional and we couldn’t be happier with the care and attention our pets receive!

Dr Benoit was excellent…. We brought Henley, our 8 month old GoldenDoodle for a check up in preparation for his Neutering. Dr Benoit was very good at establishing comfort between him and Henley while at the same time conducting his examination. He shared a lot of good information regarding feeding, healthy treats, chews etc. He answered any questions or concerns we had and never made us feel rushed. I would highly recommend this Vet.

We’re new patients at your clinic but the two times we’ve been in already every member of staff we’ve dealt with has done everything to make our anxious senior feel comfortable and settled. Everyone has also been super helpful and informative with us too, explaining everything and answering any questions we had. Great experience all round.
