Just keep doing what you re doing! Dr. Plantz is great with my parrot, Charlie, Jr. He actually likes her even though he is not that found of nail trims and physical exams. The rest of your staff is also great - friendly and helpful. A big plus is that they laugh at my jokes! -Mike Tereshko

Our was so impressed with how well the staff handled my dog during Friday s appt. Our dog is a very anxious guy and they took such great steps to help keep everyone safe and comfortable during our visit. When you own a dog like this it s easy to feel like it s our fault he s this way. Not once did I feel this way during our appt. They were so empathetic towards my pup and me. Thank you for making it a lot less anxious of an experience that it could ve been.

I ve brought my birds here regularly every 6-8 weeks for many years and always feel the staff and veterinarians genuinely care and do everything to provide the best for my birds. The communication is excellent and they always provide information and answer all of my questions. I feel 100% confident every time with how regular and emergency needs are taken care of.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The staff was very knowledgable and extremely thorough during the appointment for Bojack. I also received great instructions on how to administer the antibiotics he got during the appointment. See you all in three weeks!
