You’re staff and practice is awesome but your facilities could use a lift. I feel like you’ve out grown the space because the checkout area is cluttered and cramped and there’s a lot going on in a small space. I think it’s a good problem to have!

I greatly appreciate the work that all of you do. Over the years, I have been to a variety of veterinary offices and yours is the one I trust most. Even other clinics that say they are great with our avian friends do not compare with the care you provide. Also, at my recent visit, I met Maggie (a front desk staff - I think that was her name - I hadn’t seen before, I’m not sure how long she has been working there), but she has excellent social skills (I’m a therapist, so I know :-) on the phone and in person and makes a remarkable impact on the feeling of comfort and trust when you enter and leave etc. Dr. Olson was thourough, sincere, and very helpful in caring for my Quaker. Please never stop providing the quality care that you do. I will gladly drive from Apple Valley knowing my birds are in excellent hands!

I drive 2.5 hours one-way to have my rodents treated here, and it is always worth it. Surgery on small animals is very difficult, but my babies always come back in better shape than I left them. I m grateful for Dr. Baillie, Dr. Plantz, and all their support staff.
