Staff was extremely thorough and helpful!

You do an excellent job, I cannot offer suggestions on how to do it better given the circumstances. However, I would be more comfortable staying with my pet during all phases of exams. It was something that I noted even before COVID - I don t like my pets being removed to do simple procedures. After I asked that they remain in the room with me, you were accommodating, as long as the owner is competent, I think it beneficial to the animal that they remain present. Now with COVID restrictions, they are gone the whole time. I do understand how this can streamline the practice, but there is something missing when you don t get to speak face to face with the vet. Perhaps if there are not at-risk staff members, you could consider allowing vaccinated owners to return to the practice of remaining with their pet.

I have one complaint. Whenever I call, the volume is much too low for me to hear. I have to call more than once to figure which number I need to press. I have a hearing problem.
