Grateful for the urgent care given to our dog, other vets in the Stillwater area (including the vet we have been going to for over 25 years) would not see her that day due to staff shortages, but Dr. Keller made time in her busy day. Everyone in your clinic was kind and very helpful.

My first experience w/ Dr Lucchesi was only thru a phone conversation during pandemic (fall 2020). So nice to meet in person. She was gentle w/ my aging chin, and thorough in her explanations to me. Vet tech Hannah also personable.

I really appreciate that the details of the examination and vaccines were very well explained. I d recommend also mentioning the cost of each service to allow patients to prepare the payment.

I think it would be nice if two people could come into the exam room, rather than just one, if they re both vaccinated.

It was my first time at the clinic with my new puppy. She was given a thorough exam and I was given time to ask questions. I was impressed with care and kindness I experienced at the clinic with every staff member. I am happy to have found a clinic that I feel completely comfortable and confident in. I have found the place to bring my new family member for veterinary care.
