Dr. Bower has helped my dog in many ways. The staff is quickly available during hours and always willing to help with my questions and concerns.

I adore Dr. Lopez. She takes as much time as I need to go thru instructions, diagnosis, treatment, etc. She is very honest and upfront, and so gentle with my dog.

Dr.s Clancy & Lopez are great with listening, communicating and teaching! I would also say they’re quite patient and understanding when having a number of questions about your pet. The vet techs are very good in f/up with calls and directions. Very friendly staff at front desk. Everyone seems to love the pets which is wonderful.!!!!

Policy about sick visits is disturbing. Would appreciate more info on ouooy care and needs ie teeth nails food

We are really disappointed with how a lab sample we paid for Gracie was never processed. It is important to figure out why our Gracie was having lose stools and what could cause this. Since she has not made bowel movement since Tuesday and the sample we provide and paid for was not processed is a concern in the care of Annie and Gracie. We would like to have that charge returned to us. Thank you

I like Parkway for Molly, but I have reservations about the heavy promotion of heartworm prevention and vaccines. There is no need to push those services unless the clinic is receiving a kickback for the products.

Katlyn and Dr Bauer have been nothing but kind and helpful. But I think the practice needs some info on palliative care when the end comes.
