I have always trusted Noahs with my pets care. They have taken a bad situation (COVID) and created reasonable alternative methods to wait to be seen. It is much preferable to wait in the car than to wait in a crowded waiting room. Wait times are always very long; however I do understand this is a full service hospital and they have many clients to care for. I wish the wait times could be expedited, but I am pleased with the quality of care.

The Doctor told us that our cat is morbidly obese. But it doesn t appear as if our cat was weighed. Of course we are feeding her less (though we have done this many times over the years and never seems to make a difference, even after 6 months), but it would have been nice to know the weight at which she is currently.

I did not see the facilities as I was in the car. But I am sure it was fine based on the kindness of the staff. We appreciate the love and care shown to our boy while he was there.

I was very impressed with my first visit! Everyone was nice and friendly. The doctor took her time and explained everything. I appreciated the end of visit summary and thought it was very thoughtful they called the next day to check on my dog.

Took my dog in for a nail trim which has been $20 the last four times we came. This time it was $26 which I was not told when I scheduled the appointment. The vet tech told me as my dog was going in, already out of the car. If the price goes up 30% for a service people get regularly, they should be told ahead of time. The vet tech did a very good job on my dog s nails
