Location as easy to find and I was able to get right in. The staff didn’t tell me that it was going to be a 2-4 hour wait. I didn’t find out until I overheard them tell another patient that her 4 hour wait was to an end. It was at that point when I asked ( after being there for 2 hours about the wait time) then a nurse came and took my information. At hour 5 the doctor came in and talked with me. Tok my pet to get blood work. She came back after 30 minutes and told me that my pet had ketoacidosis and would not make it through the weekend and basically he had 2 days to live. She suggested he be hospitalized or humanely euthanized. Two days later I took him to his regular vet where they did blood work and didn’t find him to have ketoacidosis. I would have been extremely upset if I chose to euthanized when I didn’t have to. My pet is home and doing well.

Pros: got in fast. They were helpful in filling out the paperwork. The explanation of the emergency was kind of what I was expecting. The price to get in isn’t too bad. Cons: I heard a lot of relationship drama. I heard a lot of bad mouthing pet parents. I heard a lot of sarcasm. The compassion was strongly lacking. When I refused certain care measures I feel like I was ignored after that. I got so so aftercare. Thank god for you tube.

The vet staff were great and very accommodating. I appreciated that they were respectful of my dog’s reactivity by clearing the halls and also allowed him to stay in the room with us while treating him.

I visit 4 different clinics and in all of them the waiting time was more then 4 hours , I arrived to this clinic and they immediately walk me to a room and help the with my puppy , they show me that they actually car about the puppies and animals in general so my experience was amazing appreciate the help and the front staff very professional and helpful thank you so much from me and sai keep it up .

I can’t tell you how wonderful your staff was!! Please buy them a Starbucks or lunch!! They deserve it!!

We were told both of our Oriental cats, one needing a c-section and the other in DKA were near death and that it may be best to put them down. The pregnant one we took back home AMA that same day and left the DKA one until the next day and then bought him out AMA to take to our regular vet in Fort Wayne. Well the female we were told needed to stay hospitalized several days at your hospital had immediate surgery that very next day and made it through and has got stronger daily and was in fact sent home 2 days after surgery where she is now totally herself and doing great. The male in DKA was placed on IV at our vets and was doing good as well just 2 days later and for his DM he was only prescribed the lowest dose of .o5 insulin twice daily and they said he may be able to go off it in time. They said his DM is milder and they got him eating there very quickly. He has continued to have a good appetite since coming home in only 2 days and for sure was not too far gone to be saved. Due to both of these situations being blown out of proportion and both being saved at just our regular vet, we could not ever recommend your facility even though a different doctor there may have given a different outcome.

We trust this facility with our dog and staff has always been great. The waiting timing though was brutal.

I never really saw the grooming facilities.

We brought our 9week old kitten in and thought she was a goner! Thank you so much for taking such good care of our sweet Doodle. I will 100% recommend Noah’s to anyone who needs pet care! Doodle is on the mend thanks to the Dr and her team.

Upon arrival we were put in a room almost immediately. However we were then left in that room with no communication or anything for nearly 3 hours. In that time we noticed what we hope was just mid on the side wall of the counter. We also had a big with pinchers crawling towards my dog in the exam room we had to kill. Eventually they decided to do xrays and bloodwork. We were there for vomiting and black diarrhea. We were sent home with the statement there s a small spot in her small intestine that could be something small but I really don t think it is and orders to followup with our primary the next day to get xrays redone. We were never shown the xrays even when the doctor said she would make them available to me. I told the nurse the doctor had said she d make them available to me and was told that my primary would have to call and request them. My dog also is a very social animal and granite she wasn t feeling good but she did not want to go near anyone working here. She seemed almost terrified to even go near them. Overall this facility was dirty, we were left for 3 hours with no updates or communications or anything, and we were sent home with even more questions/ concerns than when we arrived. My primary had advised that we never come back here as they believe we should have never been sent home with the possibility of they re being something wrong in her small intestine. We well not be returning to this office and we will not be recommending this office to others. Thank you

The doctor told me to “prepare myself” for a dog with a cough that she put on meds. It was really upsetting.

Staff and Doc were awesome Very professional, kind and compassionate.

Our wait time was around 2 hours. However we felt at ease in the waiting room as staff checked on our dog and us often. The facility was very clean and staff could not have been nicer.

Wonderful staff, helped us so much during a very scary time with our boy.

The staff was amazing, super kind and helpful and answered all of our questions. They were very patient with me (I was crying a lot) and took incredible care of my kitten. 10/10 recommend!

After expressing a multitude of times that there was no weed in our house, that was still the only explanation they would give after leaving me and my dog in the room alone for 3 hours as his emergency was still occurring. Also your walls are thin as fuck so I heard every time you called my dog a “pot dog”. You guys should be ashamed of your fucking selves 140 for you to ignore me and my dog is ridiculous. I hope no dogs have died due to your incompetence at your job, but unfortunately I have a terrible feeling that some have.

There is no doubt my dog got the best of care while he was with you. My only suggestion is you have more than 1 surgeon for emergencies. My dog’s procedure was delayed 2.5 hours because of other patients that came who were critical. This delay caused my dog to undergo a much more serious surgery with longer recovery.

It was not a great situation to need to use an emergency vet but it was a great experience and everyone was super kind and helpful! I would definitely recommend this location and if I need an emergency vet again, I would not hesitate to visit.

My dog would not take the probiotic pills That the vet prescribed, but I found out the dog food, I have already has probiotics in it.

Despite the unfortunate diagnosis, I couldn t have asked for better care for my sweet Charlie. Just a side note, I researched the treatment option and today is day 1 of 84. I am hopeful for a complete healing!!

Everyone was very nice. Just wish wasn’t so expensive.

The wait time was ridiculous! There was only 2 other people with us there and waited over 2 hours before being seen!
