Overall very nice facility and workers however prices were high! We had to pay $7k for 4 days! All of our money gone:(

The wait time was long but I understand why. As a hospital option the facility was very busy the whole time and I know the importance of critical care being priority. The floors could have been cleaned better in between each pet in a room but I know they were cleaning as they could and like most of the world I am sure staffing also hurts this concept some. I absolutely loved the staff and my baby did too.

This location has been truly great for us with everything going on with our cat. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything you do, I m sure vet work can be exhausting, but you ve really done a lot for us since the spring.

We were there for three hours. Not having been there before, I m not sure if that s an inordinate amount of time or not. I didn t see any other pets while I was there. In any case, ALL of the staff was considerate and attentive. I felt like my concerns were heard and respected. The write-up we received in our exit papers took in all aspects of our dog s care. Thank you so much for being available.

I tried to tap on five stars and all your questions, but it didn’t seem to work, but I’m very happy with the service that I got and the friendly help and encouragement that I got and my dog Peggy Sue special to our family and she was treated with loving care and is doing well and had a good outcome from having to have a cesarean section to get the last puppy out thank you again

I got to the facility late in the evening after a long day of work, and the staff was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful in making sure my cat was taken care of! Made a stressful moment for myself and my girlfriend simple and easy!

Everything was fine getting my kitty’s nails trimmed and shaving her mats.

The staff was great, the facilities were clean and I left confident with the care they prescribed.

Dr. Peebles and the support staff at Noah’s Animal Emergency Hospital were so caring and kind in caring for my dog, Remington. He had an ulceration on his corneal and Dr Peebles and Staff were professional and attentive to Remington. He was provided medication and is doing much better. Thank you to Dr. Peebles and Noah’s Staff for such wonderful care for Remington.

Everyone was so nice and understanding! We waited a little longer, but there were likely other animals there with more significant needs, so that was fine! All 3 staff members who helped us were wonderful! My dog is scared of everything, and they listened to me on what would work best for her exam. We hope to not need to come back, but will choose this location if we have another emergency in the future!

It was a very busy Saturday. I was told there was just one vet & one nurse. I waited 4 hours for my sick Schnauzer to be seen. She had passed bloody diarrhea before leaving home...she threw-up x 2 in the waiting room. Once we were called back she was taken care of quickly &

My cat, Talisker, was in for a routine wellness check. He got scared and pottied in his carrier, it was a mess and was all over the cat and the carrier. I did not catch the name of the nurse/tech who helped us (but she has a cat who drinks out of the kitchen faucet like my cat does) was VERY helpful. She got the cat cleaned up, and the carrier cleaned up, and said it was no big deal. I appreciated her help! We re all good now.

I could not be more grateful for the staff at Noah’s! They were intensely kind from reception to room in a very stressful time for my beloved pet. Dr Giem was attentive to my questions and concerns and very willing to collaborate which was so appreciated. Our technicians were also attentive to detail and quick to deliver updates as we determined best route of care. This resulted in us quickly getting him the life saving care needed. THANK YOU

The overnight emergency staff is SO great. I brought my little Thor in because he just wasn’t acting himself and they knew RIGHT away the issue. They also made me feel way less stressed, even upon greeting us, but esp after we discussed what Thor accidentally ate and how he was going to be just fine. They even didn’t charge us for the visit! And I was willing to pay that $145 or whichever price for my baby! -Will and Thor

Amazing customer service from Britney, the nurse, doctor and other staff I met who met my dear Squirrel that was sick. She is doing so much better now and back to normal. I honestly think she ate some toxic plant matter, that gave her a fever, and then with her immune system being compromised, she had a respiratory cold afterwards, she slowly started eating, and now I m ensuring she has no access to toxic plant matter, etc.. Thank you all so much and stay tuned for an email of gorgeous photos of my diluted tortoise shell kitty. Much love. the 4/5 for cleanliness is that it obviously smells in the exam room and i don t trust my cat to wonder around on the floor with others convinced their animal got sick from other sick animals at the hospital. I recommend hiring a thrid party cleaner and or seriously implementing more top to bottom, the walls, surfaces and floors constantly. I just felt in the exam room if i had my cleaning products and wiped the walls and floor, it would ve shown a need for cleaning, etc. I just wonder if the staff doesn t have the time to do the necessary deep cleaning.
