I could not be more grateful for the staff at Noah’s! They were intensely kind from reception to room in a very stressful time for my beloved pet. Dr Giem was attentive to my questions and concerns and very willing to collaborate which was so appreciated. Our technicians were also attentive to detail and quick to deliver updates as we determined best route of care. This resulted in us quickly getting him the life saving care needed. THANK YOU

Other than waiting an hour to be seen, they always take great care of our animals when we need them.

The overnight emergency staff is SO great. I brought my little Thor in because he just wasn’t acting himself and they knew RIGHT away the issue. They also made me feel way less stressed, even upon greeting us, but esp after we discussed what Thor accidentally ate and how he was going to be just fine. They even didn’t charge us for the visit! And I was willing to pay that $145 or whichever price for my baby! -Will and Thor

Amazing customer service from Britney, the nurse, doctor and other staff I met who met my dear Squirrel that was sick. She is doing so much better now and back to normal. I honestly think she ate some toxic plant matter, that gave her a fever, and then with her immune system being compromised, she had a respiratory cold afterwards, she slowly started eating, and now I m ensuring she has no access to toxic plant matter, etc.. Thank you all so much and stay tuned for an email of gorgeous photos of my diluted tortoise shell kitty. Much love. the 4/5 for cleanliness is that it obviously smells in the exam room and i don t trust my cat to wonder around on the floor with others convinced their animal got sick from other sick animals at the hospital. I recommend hiring a thrid party cleaner and or seriously implementing more top to bottom, the walls, surfaces and floors constantly. I just felt in the exam room if i had my cleaning products and wiped the walls and floor, it would ve shown a need for cleaning, etc. I just wonder if the staff doesn t have the time to do the necessary deep cleaning. Thank you

The vet (her last name started with a G) that saw my dog was amazing. She was kind, helpful, patient, and knew what she was talking about!

It was expensive for a first timer,they charged me the exam fee of about $144.00. And the exam was very short lived, the provider came out and said her stomach was bloated so we re gonna start there. Which I thought an exam would be a little more thorough for $144 bucks. Everything else was a five star visit! I think they could have provided me with a few capsules of meds until I was able to go buy my dogs prescription. Just a few pointers

The pricing is outrageous. You need to go back to livestock pricing and not luxury pricing.

Although the care we received was top notch I did feel the price I paid was more than it should have been. I know this was an emergency but still was pretty high.

Initial provider did not listen to critical medical history and the difficulty of giving medicine or did not correctly notify that to others. My animal and others suffered due to this error.

Great Staff, just wish it didn t take 5 hours.

I was very surprised at how attentive they were to Malavore, even though I know there were much bigger emergencies they were dealing with at the same time. Everyone was very friendly and supportive. Treatment was decided quickly and I feel that Malavore felt relief.

Short staffed. 4 hrs there, mostly waiting for help, facilities are awful, thought about leaving and finding another hospital, very disappointing.

Every person we came in contact with during our visit was wonderful!

The wait time was way too long in my opinion. We were in the room quickly, but once in the room it was over an hour before anyone came I to see us and our sick dog. I feel they should have come in to triage him much sooner.

Super pleased with the care my dog received.

Maybe have a bowl of water as sometimes dogs get really anxious and have to sit in that room for a long time panting.

The staff at Noah’s take excellent care of my dogs and go above and beyond if needed. They provide great customer service to pet parents, and go above and beyond for us as well.
