Did not get offered any alternative methods of payment besides the full payment upfront. Did not have the money. Agreed to do at home medication to keep him stable which was almost $800 and my pet died shortly after getting home and receiving said medication.

For us going there for an emergency the vet and vet nurse were very nice, and explained everything to us. It was a great experience besides the circumstances

My cat Santiago experienced a urinary obstruction where he was hospitalized, given surgery, and then hospitalized again in very bad shape with post-surgical complications and another blockage. This put me in pretty much daily contact with Noah s and their team for three weeks straight (with almost 7 er visits!!). This office and it s staff busted their behinds to save my cats life. They offered so much kindness and reassurance through the whole process. They answered every single one of my (MILLION) questions over the phone at every single hour of the day and night. I do not have enough words to express the gratitude to the staff and their commitment to their mission. Although every single one of them was on mine and Santiago s side I would like to give a special kudos to Dr. Giem (who is brilliant), Dr. Peebles (who stayed in the room with me to answer my every question), and Robert & Ashley (for giving very sound advice about when my drive to the clinic was necessary or monitor at home as well as caring about my cat Santiago genuinely). Thank you! Santiago has started his journey to recovery and is back to bird watching, following his brother around the house, and licking my face while I sleep.

Great service!

I actually had two occurrences with two of my dogs with Noah. I have all ready referred them to all my friends because of the service that was extremely appreciated from the staff at Noah’s. They were very patient, they were very thorough and most importantly, you could tell that they cared. Thank you to the staff at Noah’s and the Love. They shared with me and My furry family members.

We came in at 3 in the morning because our dog had kennel cough and would not stop throwing up while he was coughing. We were seen immediately, had a diagnosis and were provided with the care we need to make our puppy better. We were in and out within the hour and he has improved tremendously! Thank you for your help and support!

I use a screen reader and was not able to change any of the ratings on the page so I didn t check anything, but there were several things I was not satisfied with.

Way overpriced. $400 for a bandage and some meds was too much. Also the bandage came off the minute we got home. I tried to put of back on and it still wouldn t stay. That bandage cost $80, you should have charged $10.

Dr Gebolys, Dr Hartman, and the rest of the care team are phenomenal. Rudo’s enucleation was done beautifully. His pain management is excellent and he’s at home resting nicely. As Rudo’s mom, I commend the work done in vet med. I work in human medicine and I cannot imagine how much harder it is since the patients cannot speak or advocate for themselves, so knowing that my baby boy got the best care made me realize there are true angels out there who genuinely want the best for those who cannot speak up for themselves. The whole team was very sweet, caring and gentle with my sick kitty and I appreciated the way they gave me information, other Vets in the past have spoken down to me during visits but they treated me as an equal and were very kind.

The staff was great , very courteous. The dr was wonderful, if Jica had to have the surgery that she thought Jica needed I would have brought her back there. But she said she didn’t do that kind of surgery.. Jica is now at our regular vet for about 3 days , they’re intervinusly giving her med. Thanks to your Dr.

The staff was very friendly. However, and this has nothing to do with our beagle, but it was hotter than Africa waiting in the room until it was our turn. We had to open the door to get some relief. Maybe turn the heat down a bit. That did not affect our pet s service and we would go back if we felt we needed her to be seen immediately again.

My experience at Noah’s Animal Hospital was great! I was worried about my kitten and had been to another animal hospital that said we would have a 12 hour wait. I went to Noah’s and they saw him right away. The staff was all very friendly and it was a quick visit and they helped my kitten feel better quickly. Thank you so much!

i didn’t like how i had to pay for a emergency fee when i had to wait 3 hours i shouldn’t have been charged for that fee when i didn’t get treated as a emergency

The staff was fantastic and extremely helpful and kind. There was some miscommunication on pricing I wasn t excited about but regardless everything went well and my sweet baby is healthy amd stable.

Took one of our cats here to been seen by their emergency services. When we got there the vet, Dr Glem, immediately started giving us the worst possible scenarios without having any idea what was going on. There s preparing someone for something and there s using scare tactics and that s definitely what it felt like. We ended up getting transferred to IndyVet and the likely culprit is a kidney stone. We might have put our cat to sleep over a kidney stone due to how much more serious it was made to be and again I want to stress that the vet didn t know what was wrong. If you have a pet with an emergency I recommend trying somewhere else. My wife and I took two other cats to IndyVet with serious health issues and weren t given absolute emotional whiplash like at Noah s. In all we spent $700 to be told that there s a good chance our cat was going to die without knowing what was going on. Maybe there s a reason they have Dr. Glem on graveyard shift because her bedside manner is terrible.

Survey software not working

They did great. The dr on duty did a fantastic job of stitching up my pup.

We took our doodle Bruce there and found that he was in an emergency situation that required surgery. It was so scary and not at all what we expected the outcome of the visit would be. The staff was so kind and fantastic at their job! I felt confident in their abilities and they even gave us frequent updates on the surgery to ease our minds. They took such great care of our little guy and got him home to us asap. I hope I never need them again, but if I do I will come to them 100%. We are so grateful and can t thank them enough!

Given it’s a pet er the wait times are expected to be long. Overall they were amazing! Ended up having to bring both of my dogs in separately since one got sick before the other. The vet explained everything to me in detail. I went somewhere else before here and I don’t know why I didn’t choose Noah’s first. When my youngest had to have surgery 6 months ago it was an amazing experience. I truly love how well they calm your nerves and in detail explain everything about what is going on. Maverick and Goose thank you guys!!

My dog’s condition was miscommunicated to me by the vet tech. The vet did clear it up when I talked to her. Someone was in the back room coughing uncontrollably. While the facility looked clean, there was an odor so strong, that it actually hurt my nose. I was hoping I wouldn’t get sick when I left. I will not return to this facility.
