Noah’s has always been good to us and my other relatives pets, we always recommend your team when others ask about the best vet in Indianapolis. I am extremely grateful for the care my pets have received. I would like to see an upgrade on thermometers that have probe covers like the Welch Allyn Suretemp thermometers. The one in the exam room just had a paper towel around it.

Wonderful experience! Everyone took their time to explain and make the best decisions for us and our fur baby. Highly recommend and hope we don t need to come back but definitely know where we will go if ever needed again!

Everyone was very friendly. But you needed more people helping in the back office and not front office. We were waiting on a room for close to 3 hours. 245pm to 545 pm on Sat. June 29th.

Very thankful for the care my cat received . She wouldn’t be sitting on my lap now if I hadn’t brought her in .

I received very minimal explanation regarding my pet’s condition. I spent $1,108 only to be told that I need to follow up with the cardiologist. I was informed that bloodwork and chest X-rays would be more affordable at Noah’s compared to the cardiologist, but I didn’t notice much of a price difference. While the staff was very kind and professional, I left feeling disappointed that I spent that amount of money without getting clear answers.

I cannot say enough how incredible the entire team was for my dog s emergency. My dog ate somethings he should not have, and after speaking to the kind gentleman on the phone who works the front desk, I knew to bring him in immediately. Once I arrived, the team was very understanding of my dog s reactivity and immediately took him back to help him vomit. They even cheered when he finally did! They gave me updates throughout, and the vet was so incredibly kind and knowledgable. She took the time to make sure I did not feel guilty, and that I had a plan to prevent this from happening in the future. As I was seated in the waiting room, I was able to see how compassionately the front desk and vet staff was with EVERY patient that came through the doors. We are so lucky to have such a fantastic emergency team so close to home. Thank you for the bottom of my heart.

I fell that our concerns with our dog were not appropriately addressed. Staff was corrected multiple times that our dog was having normal stools, but it continued to be referred to as her having diarrhea/liquid stools. I do not feel a complete exam was even done due to her being scared. No temperature was taken and no rectal exam done to investigate source of bleeding. I will not be returning in the future.

Having to take your fur baby during an emergency is already stressful, but the wonderful staff made it as easy as possible. Everyone was calm and helpful. It helped put me at ease that my baby would be in excellent hands. The facility itself was very clean. I even witnessed it being cleaned regularly over the short time I was there. It is obvious that everyone there is serious about providing the best care and support possible and I greatly appreciate them being there for us during a difficult time. Thanks again!

For an emergency clinic, cost was reasonable and the staff was exceptional.

The vet tech and the vet that my dog and met that night were excellent and handled my dog very well throughout the process. They really know what they are doing.

You need to develop better dirctions on how to find you. Using GPS on your addeess takes you away from the hospital.

I have been coming to Noahs for my dogs and cat for ten years. They always provide them with excellent care.

I brought Zoey in for grooming with Clayton on that morning. When the staff brought her out to me for pick up, the staff was apologizing as she walked Zoey out. Zoey’s cut was awful!!!! She was hacked up all over her, ears, back, body, legs, everywhere. I was so upset, I didn’t want to bring her home like that. The staff ask if I could bring her back on Wednesday to have someone else try to clip and fix her, and give her another bath. I agreed, but to add insult to injury, I was still charged $80. The staff said she did not have the authority to discount my dogs disaster…I am very disappointed and will never bring Zoey back in after today’s clip and fix. Teresa

They are amazing , they called us twice a day to update us on our cat Shout. They saved his life doing everything that was needed to care for him. We are truly grateful and blessed.

I really didn t feel like my dog got the kind of attention he deserved and he was actually in the process of dying. The care that was provided was insufficient. He was in a lot of pain and the staff at your pet hospital seemed only interested in euthanizing him immediately even though I had stated that I wanted him euthanized in my home. I just wanted him to get pain relief long enough for us to be able to wait for him to say goodbye in the comfort of his own home and your staff did not provide that for him. I m extremely disappointed and I can t even tell you how terrifying and sad the whole night was before saying goodbye to him because you did not provide him with relief. I don t think I will ever come to your pet hospital again unless it s the last place that I can can possibly get my animal to.

Unfortunately , we didn’t have the best experience at Noah’s. What took the staff almost 24 hours to diagnose , our home vet diagnosed in 15 minutes for a third of the price . At this point , we wasted our time & money with going to Noah’s . The vet we saw on the second day was not confident in her diagnosis & just kept handing us estimate after estimate with no sympathy offered . We were offered either to pay the $8,000-$10,000 for an exploratory surgery (after an unsure diagnosis) or to euthanize our precious boy. We will not be back to Noah’s .

I did have to wait for a long while just for Presley to be seen. But I figured since it was Saturday morning they may have been busy. Overall everything was great. Everyone loved my boy.

next time you suggest an etube for any animal, be sure to tell the owner exactly what it is.

I get there are emergency and understand that but being there for 4 hours is a bit much.
