I waited a long time. When I was finally seen the doctor explained what happened to our cat and the treatment but did it so brash and hastily and then ran out. She spent like 2 minutes with me and the treatment but was off. I felt like she rushed and didn’t give me much time compared to how long I was waiting

Everyone there was so helpful and the vet was amazing with my dog. She had life threatening pyometa and you guys were awesome for getting her in so quick and getting her surgery done same day. Boo is recovering amazingly she’s getting spunky. Thanks again for saving her life truly blessed I found you guys. ??????

The staff was amazing and compassionate!! From the front desk to the vet and everyone in between. We were very pleased with the care.

The ladies at the front were so nice and caring. Even though I was so upset in an emergency situation they were able to calmly instruct me on the paperwork. They even took my dog back while I was filling it out to get him urgently looked at.

I was very impressed with the wait time, cost, and services provided when I brought my cat with cystitis in for urinary issues.

The appointment went smoothly and I give 5 stars

We had a fantastic experience at Noah s 24 Hour Animal Hospital. My dog had complex symptoms and the vet was thorough in her testing and got to the bottom of it. I had lots of questions about her diagnosis and everyone I spoke with was patient, understanding, and spoke with me for as long as I wanted. I am very grateful to Dr. Hartman, the other vets, and the several nurses that worked with us.

Everyone seemed very competent at their job & was very friendly & informative.They were very invested to finding out what was wrong with Max &fixing it!??

I was thankful for getting lucy in at one o clock in the morning after a injury to her hind leg earlier in the day. They were truthful on diagnoses and did not feel a x ray was needed and to do a follow up with my own vet ... lucy is starting to feel better !!!

I spent 3 hours to have my dog checked because of diarrhea. 3 hours. Needless to say it’s always nice to know where you never have to go back to.

The staff I worked with was friendly. I’m disappointed that I was never able to speak with an actual doctor. I also believe that I was being charged for services, etc. my dog’s injuries didn’t require. When I questioned it, I was asked how much I had planned on spending. The price dropped almost in half. I’m just very discouraged that during times when many people are struggling financially, I feel like the charges were way out of line for the services we received.

They were working through a pretty good sized storm and power outage ... Systems down and at least two family s trying to say goodbye to their best friends. At least that what I concluded from the crying ... everyone was professional and at the same time empathetic . They treated Teanie ( my service dog ) as if they d known her her entire 14 years ... I will be forever grateful... Teanie is still recovering but they saved 1 life that night because without my dog I dont know what I would do ...

Dr. Dory is a boss with the endoscope! She was patient while I was internally freaking out about whether or not we were going to have to go to surgery that evening. Thankfully this was not the case!

The staff was so nice and friendly but the wait times were outrageous. I was there for 5 hours and there were only 4 cars in the parking lot. I get things can take awhile but 5 hours was just crazy. I m grateful for them helping my dog though. My complaint definitely isn t on the quality of care.

Meg was so great and very helpful throughout our stay. Our dog was taken in right away but then we did have to wait 3 hours after her procedure to see the doctor. Nothing really happened after we saw the doctor so I do feel like that could have been more efficient. I also felt like they were understaffed for all the patients that were there.

Dealing with a pet issue early on a Saturday morning is never easy, especially when your old dog has rarely needed to be seen beyond semiannual visits. The 24 Hospital staff, location, and facilities are all excellent. Service went above and beyond. Access was super easy in spite of road construction on 465. Thank you for your care and consideration for me as well as my dog.

I was really impressed with the facility. It was clean and welcoming. Iespecially liked the information board in the room which listed the staff whi would care for my Molly. That was a nice touch.

They should tell you the $143 fee they charge only covers a physical/eye view of your pet. They charged me $142 to look at my dog when it got hit by a truck just to tell me she needed a X-ray and a scan and meds. Which is common Sense seeing that he got hit by a vehicle. I think they should tell in detail what the $142 is for. I just felt like they charged me $140 to do the same thing I did but when I brought her in which was look at her externally.

I was coheres to play an ridiculously high bill only two be accused of being cruel when I refused the ordered care. I thought maybe Noah s had changed their money grubbing policies in the 20 yrs since I last been there but sadly, they haven t.
