I gave only four stars on billing because I had called for an estimate for all services due for three of our pets, but the total I was given over the phone was less than what I was billed for the services we received. I m sure it was just a miscommunication, but I was surprised when I was given the total due in the office, as it was almost twice what I had been quoted. To be clear, the itemized receipt looked correct, so I m not sure what was missing from the estimate I was given over the phone :) Thank you for the friendly and thorough service!

I loved the staff, Jason was amazing!

Dr Wolk went above and beyond our expectations. She apologized for being late since she was in surgery and was very thorough with my bird’s exam. She answered all of my questions and never made us feel rushed. I will definitely be coming back!

As this was the first time I had to board my dogs in this area, I was impressed with how knowledgeable that staff was and how nice everyone was. I also had my dogs groomed and they were neat and clean.

Waited an HOUR AND A HALF just to be seen by the vet. Super disappointing.

Dr Dan was so wonderful with Maddie and her mom and dad. The news was not good pertaining to Maddie but he explained everything throughly. Thank Roy for your care of all of us.

Dr. Wolk and the staff at Kingdom Animal Hospital are the VERY BEST! We drive over an hour one way to ensure that our fur-babies get the BEST care!

Great place to bring your bird!

Dr. Wolk was highly recommended to me for my parrots, so I had intended to bring them into Kingdom Animal Hospital for their first wellness check. But things never go as planned. Instead my first visit was a parrot emergency. They made time to get my conure in right away, everyone was super nice and all the explanations were clear. My girl is doing so much better and I am completely thrilled. At this point, I m not going anywhere else even though I have to drive from Grand Rapids.

We were very happy to come to our summer home and introduce our newest member of the family, Patty, to your care.

We always receive such wonderful grooming service from Emily! We switched to her from our former groomer since she is more thorough and affordable. Keep up the great work, Emily!

The staff was amazing!

My information, including my contact number, is in my file. It would be great if I didn t have to write it out every time...may seem like a small thing to do, but my dog is 115 lbs. and is very excited when we get inside. It would be nice to just confirm the number on is the right contact number, rather than writing it out. Side note, Emily is awesome, kind, and professional and always does such a great job with my dog. Please let her know that her work is greatly appreciated! Thanks

They re always timely with our requests....scheduled or in emergency situations. Their bedside manner is by far the best out of any vets we ve utilized in the past.

Although they did end up getting us in the same day which I was very happy about, but it always seems like if you call the day of they never have available time, it would be nice if they would reserve a few same day sick appts it’s frustrating when I have a dog not feeling well I call for it to be seen, and I’m told sorry we are full today! I personally can’t afford a visit to the emergency vet not to mention it’s way out in GR! Over all I’m very happy with this vet office just wish they would have same day sick appts.

We had our first appointment there today after switching from Sparta Animal Clinic to be closer to home . Our Daughter is an LVT there so that also helped with our decision to relocate the dogs. We have 2 senior dogs with special needs so we weren t sure what to expect for them. The dogs were completely comfortable with the staff and the attending veterinarian. My dog doesn t always take to new people but he was totally at ease with him and all of the handling that was necessary, pokes and prodding. Thank you so much for all that you did for them today and for putting us at ease right off the bat. We appreciate you all and it helps knowing that our future visits will be less stressful because we are in good hands here. Thank you !
