Considering the circumstances of dealing with Covid 19 , I think Kingdom is doing a great job of keeping clients and staff safe . We appreciate their efforts during this difficult time . And as always Emily did a great job in grooming our Tucker ! He is happy and so are we !

Oh, I feel lucky for my pet Simon and myself. Simon seems so relaxed when I take him in and all our other pets did to! I think if our pet is relaxed going in, it s because the staff at Kingdom Animal Hospital are awesome and they make our pets feel loved ??! If you running more then 15 minutes behind, please let your patients know. I brought my dog at his appointment time, and waited 30 minutes, which caused other problems to my schedule. I would have canceled and rescheduled the appointment if I had known.

The doctors were quite a bit behind the day we went so we waited for a really long time, thus the 3 stars. But I completely understand. Things are upside down right now with the virus. We always receive very good service so we will definitely be back!

The technician that came out to my car to pick Truman up was great. He was friendly, professional, and very caring with my Truman. He was able to answer my questions and I felt comfortable with his skills.. I knew Truman was in good hands. Unfortunately, I don t remember his name... but he did introduce himself. Tall young guy.

we had to wait over a half hour after our appt time. They could at least take the dog inside at pickup time. We didn t get an summary of our pets visit just handed medicine. Invoice stated was emailed and stated we received puppy tooth brush pack we didn t receive. First visit staff was very friendly and helpful this second visit staff was not very friendly just short and seemed very unhappy.
