I had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time to be met by a tech. Once they took my pet inside I was told it would be 5-10 minutes. It was 45. So it took an hour and a half to get in and out. I also had to plead for an appointment - it was pretty Upsetting. I hope you all can be nicer and faster in the future

it is hard to call in for a appointment your phones are busy or they don t answer. the price for a trim went from $12 to $18 that s a big jump in price

My first appointment, was during covid, so I cannot say how clean the facilities were. The staff was friendly and helpful, though, so that s a major bonus! I was comfortable sending the puppy in without me! ??

Your office was recommended to us from Dogs Bay. We have always gone to the vet up the street. But when Charlie needed to have some updated shots, you could get us right in. I was very impressed, so I brought Bodie in for a second opinion on an ongoing issue. Again, very impressed. Great, friendly staff and hopefully one day I will be able to see inside. ?? Yes, I visited your office twice this week and both times were great. Once for grooming and the other for a check up. Bryce did a nice job with grooming our Sheltie and all my questions were answered on my concerns for Gracie.
