Overall the techs were odd. It’s always been a challenge to find a vet and facility that is understanding that our dog has complex trauma from being adopted from a shelter. The vet was new, after learning the one we had a little of rapport left the office. The new vet was fine, but the techs weren’t my favorite. They weren’t warm and my dog felt that.

This was our first visit since I decided that Noah s was going to be our Vet for our rescue dog Byrdie. After researching the area vet services I felt very comfortable with my decision. And that was confirmed by the whole experience while there. Everyone took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Thank you.

The front desk receptionist made me wait 5 minutes while she stuck stickers on files. Then, despite having a drop off appointment, I was put in a room and waited 30 minutes to see a nurse, who then tried to upsell me $250-$400 worth of additional services. I was also told I would need to come back for a second appointment for vaccines. I shouldn t feel like going to the vet is a racket. Each visit gets worse and worse. Its clear you are mire concerned with making money and not caring for pets.
