My dog was there 13 hours for her scheduled dental cleaning. We understand there were more emergent cases, but we were told when we got there it wouldn’t be until afternoon at the earliest when they would get to her. We would have appreciated bringing her in later in the day in that case. She smelled strongly of urine when she got home (probably rolling around in the crate). We also were told at her regular clinic appointment by the tech that we would be called during her surgery to approve any extractions that were needed to be done that day. On the day of surgery, we were told after the fact she would need the extractions done another day. We understand the reasons for this, but this is not what we were told prior to the procedure.

Both Vet tech & Vet were very friendly & took time to make the dog feel at ease. The vet took her time examining the dog’s problem & reassured me that the dog’s condition was not as bad as I thought. She prescribed a treatment & answered all of my questions on what activities the dog could do & hygiene tips to keep her healthy.

The vet herself was arrogant, pompous, and very presumptuous. Not a kind, genuine, or authentic bone in her. She assumed WAY too much and was so very judgemental. Everyone/everything else was awesome.

The doctors - Quigley and Brejcha are extremely helpful and very empathetic. The staff greet you with a smile and are quick to assist. Excellent customer service!

Liz and Dr. Brejcha were both wonderful during my cats recent appointment and took plenty of time to explain things to me and made sure I had all my questions answered. I was limited on funds and when the test came back positive for worms I was worried how I was going to afford it. They ended up giving me the nail trim for free and it freed up just enough to cover the dewormer. I am so grateful for them and the entire practice. Have been going here for years and always have pleasant experiences.
