This was our first visit since I decided that Noah s was going to be our Vet for our rescue dog Byrdie. After researching the area vet services I felt very comfortable with my decision. And that was confirmed by the whole experience while there. Everyone took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Thank you.

Dr Quigley is the best! The girls/techs/receptionists and all I come in contact with are very helpful, nice and friendly!

The front desk receptionist made me wait 5 minutes while she stuck stickers on files. Then, despite having a drop off appointment, I was put in a room and waited 30 minutes to see a nurse, who then tried to upsell me $250-$400 worth of additional services. I was also told I would need to come back for a second appointment for vaccines. I shouldn t feel like going to the vet is a racket. Each visit gets worse and worse. Its clear you are mire concerned with making money and not caring for pets.

I’d suggest posting signs about potential recording in each exam room. The one by the door leaving isn’t enough.

My dog was there 13 hours for her scheduled dental cleaning. We understand there were more emergent cases, but we were told when we got there it wouldn’t be until afternoon at the earliest when they would get to her. We would have appreciated bringing her in later in the day in that case. She smelled strongly of urine when she got home (probably rolling around in the crate). We also were told at her regular clinic appointment by the tech that we would be called during her surgery to approve any extractions that were needed to be done that day. On the day of surgery, we were told after the fact she would need the extractions done another day. We understand the reasons for this, but this is not what we were told prior to the procedure.

Both Vet tech & Vet were very friendly & took time to make the dog feel at ease. The vet took her time examining the dog’s problem & reassured me that the dog’s condition was not as bad as I thought. She prescribed a treatment & answered all of my questions on what activities the dog could do & hygiene tips to keep her healthy.
