I had an absolutely amazing visit everyone was so friendly and took such good care of me and my puppy. I received tons of great advice and we came up with a great vaccination schedule. I m very grateful for everyone who took the time to make my puppies first experience at the vet very enjoyable.

The only fault I find with Noahs Stop 11, is not able to schedule an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. We have frequently had to go to Brookville Animal Hospital for care. They can see our pet within 48 hrs.

all of the people were fine and the facilities were as expected. my primary reason for the visit was to get a TRAVEL EXAM and updated vaccinations for my dog. the vaccinations were delivered as expected but this is where my experience went BAD !! No Pet Passport stamps, stickers and vaccine details were put into the pet passport that was provided, I had to actually show the vet how to do this part, sure they apologized and corrected their errors, but this should NEVER HAPPEN ! I was told after paying my nearly $800 dollar bill that the travel documents would be e-mailed. I hesitantly agreed, when their email didn t arrive. I called the facility and again they said Were Sorry , My stress is already through the roof, Airfare paid for, accommodation s, paid for, Rental car paid for and I have no travel documents for my SERVICE DOG !!! The person said she would get an answer and call me right back, it s already very late in the day. 90 minutes later I reach out via CHAT to their communications director. again apologies but just a few minutes later I hear from someone else via phone. Email is finally being sent. in my opinion this level of service is completely unacceptable and I will NEVER recommend Noah s to anyone, just the opposite. I have several family members that recommended this place to me, after hearing this, they have decided a new veterinary provider is needed for their own pets so Noah s has lost 5 dogs and 4 cats as future clients. and likely more after I put out a few reviews.

The wait time for dogs that get nervous can be very detrimental to the owners and the pets. I would like to see less wait time when waiting to be seen for a tech appointment or and sometimes a vet appointment.
