When I arrived, I called to ask if I could have someone come out to my van to retrieve my dog for his grooming appointment because I had my two small children in the van and it would have been very difficult to get everyone inside. The woman who answered the phone seemed annoyed that I asked her to come out to get my dog. Then a vet assistant came out to get my dog and seemed quite annoyed with me for asking her for help. We have been bringing our dog to this same facility for almost 4 years and I have never experienced someone being rude to me at all, so I was very surprised by this experience and wanted to make you aware of a particular unkind staff member. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name.

Sadie went with my husband to the vet and she was scared the entire time over - Dr. Rachel spent time trying to soothe her and make her more comfortable. While I couldn’t be at the appointment myself, hearing about the care Dr. Rachel gave to my nervous girl made me want to come back to this location. (Her and my husband had to move furniture to get Sadie out of her hiding spot for her exam. Thank you for your patience and professionalism!) I also really appreciated the print out regarding all that was done, notes for us, and instructions in case my cat experienced side effects from the vaccines. Thank you for putting a nervous cat mom at ease! We will be back!

Dr Roach is absolutely the best. She is caring and kind to our nervous dog and has the best clinical skills. She is the reason we stay with Noah’s.

When I called to schedule- over a month ago- the receptionist began trying to sell me on over $900 worth of services. I nearly asked them to transfer the records so as to take the dogs elsewhere. Maybe leave the specifics of those things to the actual vet tech or the doctor? I may have bought that package of the doctor had suggested it instead of the receptionist as I was scheduling an appointment. When I arrived, the receptionist ignored me for over five minutes, as she showed another receptionist the computer system. The first person to say anything to me was a vet tech who asked that I get a good grip on my dog (who was sitting by my side) bc she was bringing out a little dog. No problem… except that she didn’t have a decent grip on the little dog which got a running jump onto my sitting dog. The receptionist still didn’t acknowledge us. If Dr. Roach wasn’t such a wonderful vet, we wouldn’t use this office.

Dr. Roach is great. She is kind, caring, and patient with Macy and us. Her knowledge and experience has helped to keep Macy healthy and safe. The staff is polite and professional.

Noah’s is very busy. It affects the ability to get an appointment, but does not affect the quality of the service provided. I want the best for my pets and it’s worth the wait.
