Extremely disappointed with my experience. My dog nearly died after taking a medicine that was prescribed and management just apologized casually. I will not continue to bring my dog here. I am disgusted with how we were treated. I cannot trust anyone at this facility.

$24.42 for seven packets of Fortiflora is ridiculous considering the retail price at Petsmart comes out to just over $1.00 per packet. I was not told my cat would receive the full spectrum of vaccines. I assumed she was referring only to rabies. I suggest being told this is what we want to do and this is what it will cost.

Dr.Roach was knowledgeable, professional and compassionate with Jazz. She consulted with Jazz s opthamologist and advised a compounding prescription for Jazz s eye. We feel confident about her future treatment of Jazz.

The survey format is confusing. I can’t tell if I’m giving five stars or one. It seems backwards. When I made the appointment, I asked for the (free) new patient wellness visit and getting nails trimmed. I was told to bring a fecal sample, so I assumed that was part of the wellness check. I had no concerns with her health other than to check her weight and get a recommendation on a good weight for her. Charging for a fecal sample that I didn’t ask for seems like a con job.

Our tech for the vaccine was the best we ever have had! My dog didn’t even move, nor was she sore. Great job!!!
