fantastic staff!

The vaccines had gone bad from a power outage and they didn t call to give me the option to cancel prior to the appointment. This results in me wasting two mornings to take time off from work to bring the dogs back in. Also, DO NOT give my email to an insurance company. I provided my email to you and you alone. It makes me lose trust that you are not sharing or selling my email address to other companies. The vet tech and vet were wonderful people and were very helpful and considerate considering my dogs are not socialized etc. Edgar is always very helpful and pleasant.

Is this a joke?

As always, staff is stellar from start of visit to end. Emily, our tech. Wasson kind and efficient. Dr. Echols great as well. Edgar and staff worked until we got the Care Credit set. My dog Shandy loves you all and even as a old gal, I know she is always in kind, caring,and capable hands. Thanks to you all.

you have an an incredible team of Vets, Vet techs, and supportive staff. I am always pleased with the excellent service you have provided me for my 2 elderly and sometimes medically complicated dogs. Keep up the great work!

The different doctors have different concerns and it is a bit confusing. I understand we did the same thing in the OBGyns office but it still crrates some anxiety. The fear free is not for the owners.

It was an extremely positive experience from start to finish. The facility is clean, it is set up with the comfort of the animals in mind, and the staff is so friendly and informative. Thank you for providing my sweet bearded dragon and I with a wonderful experience!

Dr.Dale was great!

Staff needs more patience with nervous animals. They gave my pet maybe 2 minutes to acclimate to their surroundings before trying to restrain them and attempting the examination. Not please with not being allowed in the back with my pet.

He can be a handful but the girls there had him under control he did very well with them .

I wish I had asked about the cost of Ty’s test. We want to have him health however we didn’t know the cost. I should have asked. The bill eas a surprise. We are on a very tight income and this was slot of money for us. We were very impressed with your facility. Would definitely recommend.

I was disgusted with the price you charged me for the drug for my dog. I was able to get the same drug and same number of pills for 117.00. You charged me 181.00. So unfair of you to rip people off like that. We love our pets but some vets make it impossible to give our pets proper care.

As always Dr Meagan is the best.always helpful, and takes the time to explain everything.her assistant was nice as well. And can t forget the girl that checks us in before we see the Dr.

Dr Walker and the vet tech, apologies for forgetting her name, were both very courteous and professional. They provided great knowledge and answered any questions I had. Always a pleasure to bring my pet to be seen.

So glad we found this vet. The difference in our 3 dogs’ anxiety is amazing. They like coming here whereas before it was an ordeal every time there was a vet visit. Fear free works!
