Dr Carlson took the time to explain everything to us and our options with our pup. She was wonderful and made sure we understood everything before we made a decision. I thought I was coming in and going to have to put him down but she gave a bit of hope with his latest symptoms. I know we won’t have him for much longer but she gave us some time. I’m very thankful for that.

You were so good to ensure that no other dogs were in the waiting area when we arrived as there could have been a fight. Your staff were so kind and gentle with an old farm dog that has never been in a vehicle or had a collar and leash on. Was a traumatic day for him but over all great care and service.

I am as ever, super impressed with all the staff for their caring and professionalism. It is such a relief to know I can phone with a stressful situation, and someone answers the phone versus an automated message and I can get an appointment the same day, even when this wasn t our regular vet. We and our pets have always been treated very well and I am very thankful I was able to move and have the Rosthern team as my clinic for our pets.

Fennec has been very lethargic and not eating very much since her appointment. She s starting to come around and will purr and cuddle when picked up, will eat about 1 serving of food per day (3 servings is her regular), and seems to still be using the litter box sufficiently. I ve heard this is common after vaccinations, but at what point should I take her back for assessment? Thanks so much for your help!
