If a dog or a cat as a family member is dieing or need care a payment plan should be implemented instead of putting off a pets care because of when the imvent happens not aligning with a payday

We have always been part of this practice in particular Rosthern and have felt part of your family for 16 years. Today all of the staff-we’re in fact, new to me, but I felt that family warmth wrapped around us as we dealt with two of our pets issues and had to make some hard decisions regarding one of them. We know Donkey (our cat) will live on in the Practice history as that Character Cat with the confusing name! Thank You so much for the time and space allowed us and the compassion shown all through. I know we live in times in which costs are growing exponentially, but I wish services could be more affordable. I am grateful for the care my pets receive and I am fortunate enough to have been able to afford their care. Cost is definitely something that makes having a pet a part of the family hard.

Violet was there for her vaccination and the vet was very gentle when putting the needle in so as to minimize the discomfort she felt at the time and after. Thank You

We do t need a double assessment. The tech and vet do the same things. Also. Would like to be informed that there is exam fee when you book for an immunization shot.

Our animals always receive great care when there and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

The people there are really amazing and friendly. The energy feels very warm and positive. I couldn’t ask for better people to take care of my fur baby.

Phoned in for an appointment to see a Vet swelling on the head of our dog, I was given an appointment within in 2 hours. Very prompt service. I highly recommend them.

All of the staff has been beyond helpful and patient. 10/10 service and we can’t say enough good things about how your vets take the time with our concerns and don’t rush you out the door.
